I didn't answer the phone. :)

Received a dozen calls the from week from 213-430-4297. Took one on the calls and a gentleman with a foreign accent would play a recording in response to my inquiries... wanted a credit card # to pay for the shipping costs of the grant material.  Scam....

This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reason people have gotten busy signals when calling the number back is because this number is only meant to be used to make outgoing calls.  The company is based in Los Angeles, CA.
The gimmick is that you will be sent a package on how to obtain federal grant money for business, education and/or community enhacement.  Think about it...this country is in a recession...what federal money is out there in grants?!?!?
Don't give the caller your credit card information and that's what they want in order to send you the package.
The attorney general in California has been notified!

this number has called me 3-4 time a night for the past month and a half...

Forgot to add to my post... If you live in Colorado it's illegal for solicitors to call your cell phone ;)

I was looking for a grant from the government I asked for a guarantee  that I would receive the promised information they hung up and haven't called since It's been about a week.

I'm sick and tired of this number calling me at night. If I can only find out who this person is, I will get 'em so bad.
