- DebbieVEry rude same stories from above!!!
- MikeReceived a call from this number. They asked about the number on our copier. I said we don't have a copier, and he got very upset and told me "...your full of [***] dude" then hung up. I tried to call back, but it will not connect. There is no need for that kind of behavior in a professional environment.
- Advantage MediaCaller ["Maxime"] asks for number behind copier.
- Caller: ?
- Dan in Richmond, VAtheir caller ID says Network Supply...the guy doesn't introduce himself at all...just says "I'm calling for your copier number"...I asked who he was with...."click"
- Caller: Network Supply
- JimI just got a call from one of these morons. I get them at least 2x a week and they come up "unknown". They said I am from "the service company" and I'd like to send you an updated manual for your copier. Then he said, "what is the model number on your copier". I said it was a G-O-F-U-C-K-Y-O-U-R-S-E-L-F and the moron actually repeated it back to me. I started laughing and he hung up. Ha ha- serves you right, you dummy.
- PeterI answered a call from this number. Whoever it was just hung up without saying anything.
- Carol AkersJust got a call from this company asking about the toner for our Panasonic copier and how many we had on hand. I asked why he wanted to know and he said the price is going up on Friday and we needed to place an order to stock up before the price raised. (We have a lease which includes this) I stated to him that it is included in our lease of the copier. He continued to talk as he thought I hung up.....I continued to listen to his rude remarks about the "idiot who answered the phone that probablly doesn't even know what a contract is, all these idiots at these companies think just because they have a lease everything is free and included. No wonder these companies go bankrupt with idiots like that, they shouldn't even be answering the phone at that age (and I do believe I am younger than he is) Idiots like those in Ohio are the same ones who got us in this trouble--they are the ones that voted for Bush and got us in this mess. If it aint broke don't fix it, that is what they say, but what if it is broke? It's all about football in Ohio, they don't think of anything else. Did you hear this Sat they had a practice football game and 95,000 people showed up? They need to get a friging life.
He was rude, ignorant and he is the idiot for not making sure I hung up before he bad mouthed me. Scammer yes--JERK yes.... He probably doesn't even know what football is.....(in his own rudeness)- Caller: Network Supply Company
- Carol AkersI just realized after I posted-- He identified himself as being from Panasonic...which is why I even let him talk..wondering why he would be calling.
- Caller: Panasonic-not network supply
- BerSome loser lady called and asked me what the model was on my copier. I asked her what company she was with but she said it too quickly and then asked again for the copier model number. I asked her if she was trying to sell us printer cartridges and she said, "No, miss. As I stated already, I'm updating our records for your printer. I asked her to hold as I went to tell my supervisor about the broad on the phone. When I came back on, not even 30 seconds later, she had hung up.
- Caller: (I forgot)
- JimCall came in on July 1, 2009, at 1:10 p.m., EDT, and no message left. An effort to return call resulted in one ring followed by silence.

- Law Office, Morgan City LAA man called our office this morning and said that he was with the distribution center for our copiers, and they were updating their records. He asked for the model numbers on our copiers so that he could send out the updated catalog. We told him that we purchased and serviced our machines with a local, independant company and that we did not purchase equipment or supplies from his company. At this point he got very rude. He told me that I was being rediculous for not giving him the information he wanted. Said that I really needed to grow up. That I might want to consider going back to school and actually graduating from the 3rd grade. When I tried to speak he continued to degrade my intelligence and tell me how dumb I was being and how rediculous the people in our area were. Just when I was about to hang up on him, he hung up on me. This is not the first time that this "distribution center" has contacted our office; however, it is the first time they actually spoke to us after we told them that we did not do business with them and did not wish to give them any information. In the past, they have hung up on us immediately
- Caller: No company name appeared
- ARThank goodness my company phones have caller ID. They call, I ignore. They don't leave a voice mail.
- peterThey called asking about copier number. I've had these calls before. This time I thought I'd have fun and string them along and make them wait.
I said, "Please hold, I'll go look it up." I put the phone down and did some other work for about 5 minutes. I then picked up the phone and she was still waiting for me. I said, "I couldn't find the copy number. Where was it on the copier?" She said it was on the back. I said I'd go look again. I worked for another 5 minutes than picked up the phone again and said that someone else was using the copier and wouldn't let me near it to look. Sorry about that. She daid someone would call back later and hung up.
Someone else called that next day and I said please hold, I'll send someone to check the number. I then put the phone aside and went to work. 10 minutes later I picked it up and they had hung up. If we all do this, they'll probably give up calling. - Bolo YeungGot a call on my cell phone. I have a Spam-call blocker app on my phone. the call was immediately blocked as spam. Looked it up and found you all and your horror stories.
While I don't intend to ever answer - I find it strange that they would call my personal cell as everyone here got calls in your office lines.- Caller: none
- AmyVery nice individual other than the fact that they hang up on you when you tell them you have an IT person that does copier supply......and they call 50 times a week.....hang up on you every time!!!! very annoying!
- Caller: lsan da 01
- johnI got a call from this person who sounded VERY unprofessional asking I was the person to talk to about the copier and supplies or if it was still (name), a name I've never heard of working here. She asked to be transferred and I said sure and paused a few seconds before hanging up.
THE PERSON CALLED BACK! "yo what happened?" I started say "You are not very professional so please take us off your list." I got as far as "you are not very professional," before I was interrupted by "the h&$$ with you, dummy," and she hung up on.
Good for a laugh, I guess, but I hate that some people fall for this kind of sleaziness. - johnShe called again today! She said she was calling to update the info on the bizhub copier. She asked me to get confirm the serial number on the copier.
"Certainly," I said, "what is your name please."
"Kathy"
"Thank you and your last name?"
"Henderson"
"Thank you. What is your company name?
"What's with all the questions?"
"You see, yesterday when you called, you.."

- JenI don't ordinarily post about these calls, since we always get them, they always sound like slovenly teenagers and are painfully rude, and there's nothing we can do about them. But today the caller ("Terri") called me "you [***]." That's taking it to a new level.
