Good grief.  I never answer these calls anyway.  But any company that doesn't identity itself in the caller ID is always suspect to me.

This stupdid #called on Easter Sunday @3:03 pm when I was enjoying my lovely family.  No one does surveys on an ordinary Sunday-----------These people need a special kind of HELP

Caller ID say SURVEY. I take local surveys, but the Digitone call blocker blocked this out-of-area call. From all the comments, it doesn't appear that the questions are legitimate; wording questions to force a desired answer. We'll keep blocking it. It is not whocallsme.com (a business) job to report calls to the FCC. 'Do not call' list exempts political (guess who wrote that law), and non-profits just to make it look good. A call blocker does not discriminate; it blocks everything.

Missed a call from "Survey"

I have coller ID and didn't recognize the number - didn't pick up and the line went dead after my answering machine began.  I'm guessing ti was from a telemarketer.

I actually intended to say "caller," not "coller." :)

Guess I'm an idiot. This time they ID'd themselves as a Rasmussin (sp?) survey. Since I'd heard that before I took part in the Q & A. Of course there's always that shyster from early 1900's Russia. Hope we don't suffer any problems because of my foolishness.

caller hangs up after answering machine answers

there was no one on the other side when I answered the phone.  I called the number back and it was a disconnected number.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and yet I keep getting these unsolicited calls.

Just came home from a friend's house when I checked my caller ID. This number came up as "Wireless Call In." Since I was not here to answer it, I don't know what it was about. Could have been a telemarketer or someone wanting me to take a survey, or it could have been some pervert dialing a wrong number. I know it wasn't someone calling me to schedule a job interview, I know of nobody who does that at 7:30 at night! If they call again, I will try to get more information and update this site.

Caller ID read SURVEY. Didn't answer. I've set my phone for the answering machine to cut in after four rings. Then my voice says: "Hello, hello. We're on the do-not-call list, so salespeople, politicians, charities and scammers, hang up now. Anyone else, please leave a message after the beep." I do get repeat attempts and block them. Have gotten over 15 calls from Novatel but don't know if it's a fake number. Call your phone manufacturer for instructions on how to block call such as Unavailable/Unavailable, Unavailable/Out of area, or with no name and no number. That eliminates many; they are cut off after one ring. My phone is a Panasonic. The tech was helpful and I haven't had an anonymous call since. Try it.

I added this number as a "spam contact" (S1,2,3 etc...) on my phone. - also turned off ringer for the number through a phoneset feature. Now I don't hear the call at all.  Everything else will ring :)

Just got a call from this number on the house phone. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

Obviously a scam.  Do not intereact - if you do, they sell your number to other crooks.  That is often how they make the most money and then wow!  You get even more calls.  Want to spend your life arguing with them and blocking calls?  I have other things to do. Please let the elderly and impaired know:  do not answer or talk to numbers they do not recognize or voices in the answering machine who are wanting to talk to them.  They are all crooks.  They do not abide by laws -- report to FCC.  Until zillions of calls get into them they can not track their actual location and maybe shut them down.

Wow, this number has been used since 2007.  no message.

2 rings...on SUNDAY.  Enough already!!!    Robocalls need to be illegal.

got this caller id "SURVEY"  on my home phone @ 6:05 pm EDT, didn't answer 'cause I'm enjoying my dinner.  Glad I didn't since I see from other comments that this was computer call asking some personal questions that I'd prefer not to answer. How do to tel a computer call that your number is on the NYS Do-Not-Call List??????
