This number has called me 6 times within 9 hours.

Just called them back and spoke directly to a nice man, gave him my name and he took me off the 'babytobee' or whatever website's registry

Got a call from this number at 9am. Called it back. Got a crazy lady who told me i signed up for something i never did. She began confirming my information over the phone and stopped when she realized i was from Canada. So i lucked out. Apparently this place doesnt do business with Canada. Hooray for me. She did tell me however after immediately getting me on the phone that they dont continuously call customers. Only once until they answer. I told her she was a liar. Just call the number back and tell them to go away.

I called the number back and it was for baby to be, I spoke to a lady and explained I'm not an expecting parent and would like to be taken off their call list. She tried to sell me on items not related to parenting and I further explained I don't take sales calls on my cell phone. She agreed to take the number off.... We'll see if they comply.

This maybe a telemarketer from doing internet surveys or entering those contest to win prizes and money and sponors and companies getyour number and email address

Rec'd 10-calls from this number (which is babytobee.com - REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and GENERAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE PLEASE) since 1/25/10; no msg. left.  Have been called every 2 hours since 7:56am today.  Contacted the # and asked to be removed from their call list and was rudely advised I signed up on their site during business hours 1/24/10, so they have permission to call me.  Advised I was at work and that is impossible.  She said deal with it, I asked for a sup. and was hung up on.  

Called back, they took my number and said they would remove it.  The called as I was filing a complaint with the BBB ten minutes later.  Answered and there was no one.  Called and advised I would be taking legal action if contacted again.  Next call should come in about 3pm so we'll see.

I also got onto the website and advised to agency directly to cease all calls to my number or legal action will be taken.

I also contacted my local General Attorney as well as the St. Louis General Attorney re: this agency.

I suggest all persons who are having this problem do the same.  This is legally harrassment due to constant unsolicited attempt to contact from the agency (the legal definition is only two unsolicited calls w/in an 8 hour period).

I've gotten 10 calls from this number today alone. It's some telemarkter trying to give "freebies" away. Says I filled something out online and I would NEVER give my cell number out. Told them to take me off list.

I also was receiving calls from this number is a give away for babytobee. you have to call the number to removed it

This number called me twice today. I have an ex from Frisco but he's in Iraq.. none the less I called it back wondering if it was one of his parents maybe, but when I called it, it was some recording for some company.. could hardly understand it tho cuz it was alot of static.

I just called them and talked to some lady. She asked how she could help me and I immediately asked to be taken off the list. I gave her my number and she said "Okay, is this Mike? You signed up for some free stuff on babytobe.com"

I just told her that I am not Mike, and that I am only 14 and not expecting a baby anytime soon. I'm not really 14 but it seemed to drive the point home pretty quickly.

She said it was removed.

yeah it's an every two hours type of deal. i recall doing some stupid survey on face book about a free cell phone trial and thats where i remember the baby to be survey and if you gave a home or cell phone number, well guess who is bugging you now every two hours all day.
