I have been getting these calls for about two days now...but 7-10 times a day. I don't know anyone in TX, and hope that maybe soon we can start filing harassment lawsuits!!

I have been getting calls too from these people!! They have just started calling me today and so far i have gotten 4 calls from them! ERRRR

This number calls me nonstop for days. I don't answer any no's I don't recognize just in case my not all there deployed husband gave my number to someone (like a bill collector which I got into a nasty spat with the last one, so I just refuse to answer unknowns. No sense in my getting my BP escalated for no reason) For the record, my "baby" is 23 years old!!!! I think she's out of the phase of diapers and formula. Even though I am a grandmother, my grand daughter is way past needing these things as well. Where do they get their info??? I have not signed up for anything child related.

Calls start at 8 am and don't quit until 9 pm calls several times a day. And never leaves a message. If they can't leave a message how can I return their phone call or even know what they want!

This number keeps calling my cellphone several times a day.  harrassing.

After reading everybody's posts (and getting tired of jumping up to check the phone 10 times a day) I called the number and spoke with a very nice lady who confirmed what's already been stated here, that somehow my name got put on a register for free baby gifts.  I explained to her that my kids are grown and I have no grandkids yet (which you can also say, whether it's true or not).  She was very pleasant and agreed to take my number off the list immediately.  After 3 weeks of a slow burn it's nice to have finally taken some action.

I have logged 20 CALLS from this telephone number between 2/28/2010 (through 9pm) to 3/01/2010 9:28am.  I am getting so tired of this harassment (which is bordering on terrorism).

This needs to stop.  My number is on the Do No Call Registry; and this does not seem to mean anything.

Okay, I just got 3 calls today and I think I know what this is.  Someone above said that it was a baby company.  I've been getting spam e-mails from baby websites and newsletters because I gave my e-mail and number to allegedly get a $1000 victorias secret card (stupid I realize).  It's one of those things if any of you have done something like this recently I bet that's why :/

This number has been doing the same thing to me the last week or so. Ring and then cut off when I answer. Verry annoying.

I just called the number after reading one of the posts above---somehow they had my email address and mailing address as well as my phone. It is a free baby goods site. They had a birthdate that was NOT any of mine. I just purchased a gift for  a shower online from Target.....connection? Anyway they told me I would be removed from their lists.

Keep getting calls from this number and they leave no message and I don't know anyone with that number.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past 2 weeks atleast 4 times a day.  The latest call I got was 8:35 pm and earliest 9AM.  I called it back and got a recording saying that they give away free stuff to expectant parents. Granted, I am an expecting mother but do not recall wanting to be harassed by an unknown company.  I just called and advised to put on DNC list and asked them to not call after 5pm.

I have received several calls, they say they are from Babytobe.com and offering me free formula and diapers... I have asked a dozen times to be taken OFF the call list and they refuse... I am filing complaints with the BBB and Do Not Call Registry today... This is UNCALLED FOR!

This company called me several times. They were very overbearing and would not take no for an answer. I finally had to hang up on them.

Who are they? Why do they call me and how did they get my number?

This is very crazy.  They have caller ID so no who you are when you call.  I spoke with a lady and asked to take us off the list.  She initially stated that she needed to speak with the person who registered just once.  I advised them that we were no longer interested as the baby did not make it and she apologetically and kindly agreed to take the number off.

I received 7 calls from this number in under 24 hours. I reported them to donotcall.gov & I called them today & told them that if I saw the number one more time on my caller id that I would file a complaint with the bbb & possibly the ag as well.
the service rep that took my call said they'd remove my name, but that they had me listed as having signed up for their marketing. I'm not a new parent or parent-to-be & don't sing myself up for any marketing. She also said that their telemarleting system sometimes got a little agressive.
