I have just got my new cell phone and I have got 3 calls from these idiots. No name 214-705-3703

This number has called my cell phone repeatedly day after day for a week at least 10 times a day. I don't know anyone from Texas nor do I know why they are calling me. When I answer it beeps twice then it's silent. The call doesn't end they stay on the line but no one answers when I say hello. It's getting very annoying and I would like to be able to block the number from being able to call me. How do I do that?

Just call the number and ask them to take you off the list. They will read your number back to you and they will remove you.

This number began calling my cell phone yestereday afternoon and called repeatedly up until about 10 or 10:30 pm.  They began again first thing this morning (9:00).  I do not answer calls if I do not know the number and I know no one in Texas so I have ignored them.  I am concerened they will continue to call and not give up.  Glad I found this site to know it is not just me they are calling repeatedly.

I have been called by this number over 8 times today and it is only 3pm. The calls start as early as 6am. No one is ever there nor do they leave a voicemail. I am so sick of this, especially since I am 8 months pregnant and they are disrupting my sleep. How do I get them to stop?

Two days in a row, every two hours, phone call and hang up  - no message left.

I just got a "you've won a 1000 dollar online shopping spree" call via my cell phone.  (1-877-855-4547) They told me it was b/c of a form I filled out yesterday online and I filled out no such form. All I had to do was to buy subscriptions to three magazines.  I asked for everything in writing and then they transferred me to a manager who gave me the "details" on how to get the money. They had my husband's name but needed a phone number other than his cell, which they had.  They had our home phone and I would not give her my husband's number @ work. They confirmed my home address and wanted my credit card expiration, then the number to process the magazine order. I told her I refused to give her my credit card number over the phone, she gave me a long drawn out explanation of the integrity of her company.  I maintained my position and she hung up.

A minute later I got another call on our home phone saying I won a shopping spree for my baby girl (1-214-705-3703) from baby to be. They had my home home address and my sister's cell....she just had a baby girl. I asked how they got my info and they said b/c of an online survey I filled out yesterday. Again, I did not fill one out. I asked her to remove her from my database.

Scary stuff...stand your ground!

I get 4-5 calls from them per day!!!  i just ignore them.

this number has called me like 15 times today and knows my first name and its really starting to agitate me all they say is hello hello nikki like 5 times or more and hang up

babydirect.com is what it is. my wife registered there for "free stuff". apparently the "free stuff" is 10 calls a day.

I don't know how they got my husbands number, but they keep calling all day, leaving no message,
I call them back, and got answer from a lady who stated she is calling us about the account we opened over the internet with "baby to be"
I explained to her that we are not interesting on any free baby things,
But still keep calling up to 6 times a day !!!!
they started calling since yesterday,
if anyone knows how to get rid of them please let me know!!!!!

Call 2147053703. You will get a live person, "Say you've received 6-8 calls a day, they will apologize. Then still they will try to offer you baby stuff, say, "you want to opt out of any offers" and put on the do not call list.

BE CALM! These are humans, too. We don't like to be yelled at. :) BE POLITE, I got miles with my CS agent, she opted me out of sending me mail and phone calls.

I got 3 calls within 3 hours today and numerous calls yesterday on my cell phone from 2147053703. I called back and tried to be polite telling them to stop calling. It was babytobe.com. I explained the situation. They didnt even have my number in their system! I dont know how to explain that! She said she'd take me off the list but 2 hours later I got another call! I called back again and the women couldnt do anything about because she doesnt know why Im not in their system! WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT THIS???? Im sick and tired of getting their calls!

they called me a few times today...  few minutes ago and around 3pm and this morning

K so these people called me ten times yesterday! Would have turned my phone off, but the hubby is in Iraq and thats not happening. I called the number back and got a recording about free samples for new parents. I am a knew parent yes, but I didn't sign up for anything.

i just called back and they claim that they will take my name off the registry, i told them i am on the do not call registry so hopefully it will work.

I get this call 3 to 4 times a day.I don't answer and there are never any messages from the caller.I want this to stop.I don't know anyone from Texas.I know our Att/Gen. Mr. Roy Cooper in North Carolina and I'm about to email him if this caller doesn't stop and take legal action.

Okay so like the rest of you I started receiving the same phone calls from the same texas number just a few days ago. No message was left any of the times my cell phone was called. Has anyone thought to answere the call and ask what it was all about? Well I didnt answere it either BUT after reading all of your posts, I decided to call the number back!! I bet your all dieing to know what I found out!! Okay here it is...
This is a dot come company...I heard a breif message first and was put on hold for the next available opperator. A few moments past and a women with a really anoying voice came on and identified who I was before I told her. So they can see the phone numbers and who they belong to when you call in...they must of a computer system putting the calls in a quew...I explained the phone calls and asked what it was about. She told me I had registered on line with there web sight to recieve free things for "the new baby". I explained that my baby was 3, I was not having anymore and to please take my name off the list because I indeed DID NOT register on any baby web sight. Then I hung up...So there you go peeps! This crazy number is a dot come...lol...How many of you use facebook? That could be a common link here...something to think about.

Started receiving numerous calls like everyone else.  I started thinking about it and realized that I had done a survey through Swagbucks.com. I am still trying to see how to unsubscribe.  I had taken a few other surveys and received text messages.  I simply replied with STOP to those messages and haven't had an issue.  If you take those surveys and supply your phone number, you are authorizing them to call you (read the fine print).  If you want to do surveys, use a throw away number.
