received a message on my work number last night @ 6:25 pm. said I had til close of business to respond or they were going to call my employer and accused me of bank fraud . I have called my attorney and been advised not to send these scammers a dime. They need to find a job and quit trying to scam hard working people out of money!

I received the same message stating it was from a collection agency, and that they would be calling my employer and charging me with check fraud or something to that nature. Unfortunately I to took out a payday loan on the internet and my information was taken as well, this is not the first time and I am sure it won't be the last... Scammers Don't pay Nothing you CANNOT be arrested for not paying a bill.....

I got the same message in my voice mail, and they told me that they were going to call my work and that I owed 2500. because of bank fraud.. I told them they were wrong because I don't have a checking account. they said yes I do, and I told them they were crazy because I have never had a checking account...

I got this stupid phone call about a check or bank frued I have never in my life used a check and have been banking with the same bank for over 7yrs they say they are going to serve me papers and call my employer for to varify my employment for wage garnishment I wish these people would stop calling me.

Received a call from a private number which left a voice mail stating I commited bank fraud. I know the is a lie so I reruned the call. a woman named Denise who stated she was from requisitions answer the phone. She asked me for my name at which time I stated that I will not provide her with the information I will provide her with the number she called At which point she hung up on me. since its early here in the morning and I have about an hour left before work I decided to call that number back repeatedly until the point work they would not answer my calls anymor Because they know its [***]. My problem solved.

I received a call on November 20, 2013 from an unknown number that an allegation was filed against me for bank fraud and I needed to contact them or they would contact my employer for me to appear in court. This recording said to call 218-285-9766. I did not respond.

The next day another unknown message was left that was more detailed and more threatening and they left a different phone number, 202-417-2021. They ststed I had been named as a respondent in a lawsuit for bank fraud and as a result may show cause to obtain a restrain order and that they would need to contact my employer to remedy my wages. I was told I had to contact them within 4 hours and speak to their litigators. I did not respond.

Some one did contact my employment and I told my boss and coworkers to not give them any information and to hang up on them. I was never notified by mail, etc. as to what this was about, only these fraudulent phone threats. It is now March 2014 and I have not heard anymore from them.
