It happened to me today! Thanks guys so I don't waste my time trying to call them back!

These people have called me everyday for the last 3 days. The company name is Tele Resources, they don't give you the option of being taken off of their call list. They just say that they are a marketing company if their message, and that you can leave a message if you are wondering why their number shows up on your caller i.d.Buch of BS if you ask me.

This company calls everyday about 2 or 3 times sometimes a day.  I never pick it up and they never leave a message.

Is there a way to stop the calls coming in?

Caller ID: TELE RESOURCES 218-724-2094. I picked up the line but didn't speak. Only spoken word on other end: "hello."

Its Allstate Motor Club, this company offered me my motor club that cost me 120.00 for 71.00 Dollars.

I dont know why this company would be calling me and I am in FLORIDA - weird. I never answer this number.

This number keeps calling my work phone and usually when I am not here (i.e. Saturday and during lunch time).  I have answered before and there is no one there.  It's so annoying.

I called and spoke to Nick at extension 111 He listed several companies, two of which were Dow Jones and BMG.  I don't have a business relationship with any of the companies he named, I told him.  "Uh-huh...What would you like me to do about it?"  I could just hear him rolling his eyes.  "Take me off your calling lists."  He said he would, but we shall see.  Filed complaint with FCC.  I am certain I can trust in my government, to do absolutely nothing.

Same old, same old. This number calls numerous times throughout the day. We DID have Allstate at one time, but we certainly never consented to having our phone number sold to "marketing firms." I don't even bother asking them to take us off their list...I report ALL telemarketers to The Do Not Call Registry.

it started off with them calling two times a day....I asked to be placed on thier do not call list and then they started calling me hour on the hour from 9am till 10pm i am not in any way shaoe or from with allstate when i tell them that i dont want whatever it is that they are trying to sell me they laugh at me and hang up on me i was nice about it at first and asked politly to be off the list for any of the products that they are trying to sell but this is becoming a pain and it is not what i need becouse the # they are calling is my cell phone and everytime I answer it is wasting my min.

This number keeps calling my cell phone at least three times a day..

I thought it was my ex-wife.  She calls on occasion but never leaves a message.  There's a feature I love about my phone, automatic reject.  And this number is the newest addition.  Now they can call all they want and I shall never know.

I've been receiving this call several times a day for at least two weeks and never answer and have even hit the ignore button on my cellphone, and they never leave a message. I'm also on the Do Not Call List, so I'm going to call and report them, because these calls are a nuisance, and I don't answer the phone for people I don't know. I was surprised when I googled it that I wasn't the only person to be recieving the call. I might try calling them also and trying to talk to this Steve guy or something and get to the bottom of it.

I've recieved about 4 calls so far on my CELL phone! My company cell phone at that.  I get the call usually in the evening around 8:00.  The last time I called the number back and got a recording saying their office was closed.  If there office is closed then why is their machine calling me?  I left a message with Steve at extention 111.  They called back today at 2:30 but I didn't pick it up.

this number calls everyday and no one every leaves a message.  I don't know who it is nor do I want anything to do with anyone who harrasses my home. I am about to give this number to the authorities

218 724-2094 this number keeps calling and when I finally answer the person on the other end ask who deals with DOT compliance. I reply it was me and they hang up.

A couple of rings and then hangs up.  When I finally decided to take this call, the caller indicated he was calling about my Allstate Motor Club membership.  Needed updated credit card because the card on file was about to expire (which is true).  I replied that this call doesn't "feel" right and I would have to do some research before giving out new credit card info.  After reading some of these posts, I am inclined to believe the calls from this phone number are legit (and calling on Allstates behalf).  I've also received a letter from Allstate Motor Club asking for the same updated credit card info (and have yet to respond to).

This number has called me at least 6 times today.  it's really annoying.

Calls both my cell and home phone and hangs up without leaving a message. What's the point of the call??  Why am I paying for unlisted and unpublished phone numbers and I continue to receive these stupid missed calls??

What can be done about this? Is there a private investigation agency for these types of calls??  If so, who is it?  If not, there should be.
