i put my boyfriend in for a job and they keep calling since i put him in for it. the job gave out his information because they asked him if he ever considered going back to school. he said maybe one day. and they been calling ever since.

I called this University twice asking to be put on their no calls list.  During one of the calls the rep was VERY RUDE.  And I am still receiving calls from them for many months.  I will never attend this institution.  It is a rip-off anyway but unbelievable to be harassed like this.  I don't have the time to pursue legal means.  I will try the chat to get them off my cell phone.

This number 224-653-7000 keeps calling me and when I answer the phone they don't say a word.  I called the number back and it says the number is out of service.  Crap like this should illegal for them to do!  Especially when their calling me at 1 am and 3 am, 4 am, 5 am, 7 am, all through the day and night as well... ANGRY!!!!!

You have been calling me three or four times a day and won't answer the phone when I pick up, and won't leave a message. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME

I wouldnt  go to this university if they paid me!  This is harrassment and some one should sue the people or persons responsible for contacting you!

Yeah I get at least 5 calls a day from this number for the past week and a half. I just called it back and got Israeli admissions help line? tho I could have heard it wrong

they keep calling every hour

The phone number is from CTU "COLORADO TECH"..... If you have signed up for ANY online courses OR if you have applied for a job lately and it asked you if you were interested in furthering your education, you had to enter in your phone number and BAM, you are signed up! You can call the number back with *67 before the number and a representative will answer, ask them to please take you off the list because you are sick of getting the calls and they will pull up your name and remove you from the list and then they will be ever so rude and hang up on you after they have removed you :) a couple of lessons to take away from this is. DON'T APPLY for a job that asks you if you want to sign up for anything that can possibly lead to telemarketing because it's not a real job application and the other is, the sooner you suck it up and talk to them and tell them you are not interested (for whatever reason you want to give them) the sooner they will stop calling.. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Go to http://www.coloradotech.edu/CTU-Online.  Click on the "Chat live with an advisor".  Then ask they remove your name  from their call list.  

Read this on another site and just did it myself.  They ask for your name and phone number.  You do not have to call admissions and deal with rude people.  Let's hope it works.

This is in fact Colorado Tech university online. If you wish for them to stop calling, goto their site: http://www.coloradotech.edu/ and then navigate to  the bottom of the page. you will see their telephone number. Call it and politely ask them to take you off of their Master Call List and send a letter stating the same. You should receive this confirmation in writing as well showing this, otherwise they are violating Federal laws. If you do not get that confirmation and the calls do not stop - i suggest that you do this:

1) Document every time they call, Everyday from when you made the notice.

2) Take this list to your local police department showing a copy of the letter that you sent, as well as the list of times and dates that they have called AFTER you asked for them to stop.

3) Most likely the police will call them asking them to stop or face charges for harassment , at the least.

If this doesn't work, call the presidents office and advise him directly. You can get his office's number through the toll free number. Then file a notice with your State's Attorney General's office.

If you are getting calls past 10pm your local time, it is harassment. Contact them online via the chat advisor, advise them f this and if it continues past 24 additional hours, making sure that you are documenting your call times and receive times, contact your local police to file charges.

yep so far like 8 calls, first time i answered it was a guy on the other end, but most recently it was a female... they were all asking for Adam.

Whoever calling from this number don't do nothing but hold the phone and say nothing or, call again I let the answer machine pick it up  and they just hang up. Now that number show up on the phone I just let it ring.

I was curious about the little ad that came up online in my local newspaper....something like
looking for a new career....eligibility for tuition assistance...click here.  I filled out the form
which included the part where I was over the age of 62...and received little information....
it didn't actually point me towards a curriculum of my choice, nor did it directly give me
information on eligibility for tuition.....I stopped there and shortly afterwards the phone
calls started...I don't answer phone calls that come up on my ID ...if I don't recognize the
number or name and definately don't respond if I check later for a message and there isn't
one left....then I am sure I'm in for a sales pitch.

This college works out of the trunk of a car...I'm sure...You are just a phone number and a
potential source of $$$ to them.  The best thing to do is to report them....once they become
annoying .  There are 13 pages thus far of complaints...you may be nice and call and
cordially request your name being taken off the list and you might get lucky but that doesn't
stop there "phone stalking practices".....

I did the same, I went online to fill out an application. All of the sudden I am getting calls from this number and I as well have to keep my phone on due to my daughter while I am at work..Get the freakin point..I don't want to be bothered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Colorado On Line University - rude people - asked to be removed from list.  they phone about 20 times a day and he said no will not do that!

If you want them to quit calling you, just answer and tell them you are not interested.  The calls will cease.

I have gotten several calls from this number!!

They call everyday and dont say anything if i answer or if my machin answers it.
