I want to know this: Did VISA sell VISTA (the co they say they are calling from) our INFO??

I had the same problem.  I realized they were trying to confirm my personal info.  That is license to charge your credit card for a trial and then send you something in the mail.  A month later they are charging you 30 dollars a month for some membership you never approved.  When I told the guy I was not interested and I was not going to confirm my info the guy said "Well it doesn't matter, cause you're "f***g" getting it."  I asked for his supervisor and the name of his company.  At first he said he was with Vista Services,  then he said he was with Chumley Services.  I am contacting my credit card company now.  I am really angry.

That is RIDICULOUS!  OMG!  And who do  you even file complaints with if you don't know who they are working for

I just started seeing this # -- I just signed up for Howard Johnson Hotal discounts -- this is the only thing I can think on how they would get my info

This company is rude, abusive and basically steals from people.

Everyone on here go to www.donotcall.gov and file a complaint.  You will have to file a complaint for each and every time they called, but this is a good thing as it will show multiple times called and multiple complaints.

The government will fine these a holes a ton of money and put them out of business, but without the complaints, nothing will get done.

I recieved two phone calls from this number today the name of the company was not disclosed although the person's name was Dakota. They stated that I made a purchase with my visa card and they were offering me a rebate of $150 on something I already purchased. I told them I was not interested and to remove me from what ever list they had me on. They then hung up on me.

I received a call from this number and they said I had won 125 in gas coupons. I told them no thanks they had my credit card info also. They said it was because I had made a internet purchase. Very concerning.

Oh yes this "person" called me 4 times in 2 hours last night!! Same story....saying I had qualified for a gas card.  I told him I was not interested and hung up.  Now today I keep getting calls from 347-558-7375...again I have gotten 4 calls in about an hour!!  I am on the Do Not Call list, so i am going to threaten them with turning them in if it keeps happening!!!  How ANNOYING, right??

I too was harassed by these JERKS!!! They tried to offer me the same deals as every other complaint listed here from free gas to free roadside service which included free oil changes.  The scary part was that they knew the last four digits of my debit card.  I call my bank immediately to have my card  canceled.  BE AWARE!

I keep getting calls from this number..but I do not answer because it is unknown to me and there is no company ID..how do I report the harassment from this company?

This seems to be associated with the Fushigi ball. Has anybody else here ever done business with fushigi?

I called this number back and a woman's voice says that the call was to confirm a delivery.  I did not have outstanding item ordered that has not been delivered. And if I did, I would be aware of the location of the places of purchase. This was a bogus call.  I do not know the purpose because I do not accept any calls from unknown numbers.

No name given on CallerId.  Told me I was getting $120 in gas coupons for $2.95.  Knew last four of my credit card. Refused to acknowledge I am on Federal and State Do Not Call Lists... Have filed complaint with FCC and both State Attorney Generals and their phone carrier, Lucre Inc..  Do not talk to these guys.  They wil not answer questions and will be incredibly rude.  Told them to shove the gas coupons and never call me again.  Told me they would call me again soon.  I am getting an air horn for the next call.  I look forward to venting my displeasure

If I find them....They better call the police cause I will go postal on them!  Reported them already, they still call and it cost my phone $ each time.

Called today regarding my Visa card, stating they were a company called Vista Services. Same line as some others, free gas vouchers for a charge of 2.95. When I told her no she got an attitude and hung up on me. How can I report this?

We are getting this phone number constantly on my cell phone and at home, the only creditor who is hounding me is AmeriCredit, and I set up possible on-line college for my son in the future, must be a see if your there auto phone software system? Then when they know you will answer they call back again perhaps with a different number? Not sure who knows, I just want them to stop!!!!!!!!!
