My text came from 07880 762922.

Got a TXT message from +447765680951 that said
"!!URGENT!! Large Parcel Awaiting Delivery Please call NOW on +232222270682 For Delivery tomorrow International Parcel deliveries

Followed a day later by a missed call from +232222270686. definitely a scam

I recieved a call from this number at 12:26am!  I didn't get around to answering it as I was sleeping.

same as above but fell for it now waiting for my phonebill

I got the Urgent parcel message too - this time from +447879647324.  Thanks for the messages! - though it looked a bit dodgy especially as I haven't ordered anything recently!

got 3 text meaages and like an idiot phoned as I get parcals all the time .Only found out as I was trying to locate a parcel and track down this company .

Just received a missed call from +23222270682. 28/10/08 @ 17.31. This must be a scam as my mobile is a company phone.

I received a text message from07765780212 saying !URGENT! large parcel awaiting delivery. Please call NOW on +23222270685 for delivery tomorrow.  Coincidentally I am expecting a parcel from Greece so innocently called.  The pre-recorded instructions give you delivery numbers etc which they repeat three times - the call cost me £8 and in spite of booking a delivery time, the "parcel" never arrived.

i too got a text message from 23222270682 international parcel deliveries, reference delivery of a parcel that i was actually waiting for. Yes it is a SCAM!!! T-mobile my provider was not interested when i informed them, i have now involved the police and intend to try and involve watch dog.

I've just got a missed phone call from +23222270682, I, too, was expecting an international phone call from the Middle East but didn't think about the area code and dialled back. Suddenly put the phone down before connection after realising that there is no business on Fridays in the the UAE. Now realised it would have been a scam phone call. Think I am lucky but but if I've just cost myself some extortionate rate per minute I know to be more weary in the future.

Just received the same "Large Parcel Awaiting Delivery" text, came straight on this site to check it out, glad I did. My text came from number: +4407900044066 and to ring +23222270682 for delivery tomorrow.

did google search as I did not believe it - especially as tomorrow is "Sunday" who delivers on a Sunday

I'm assuming it's an expensive international number which will rip me off of lots of pounds if I call, so won't be bothering, esp as not expecting an international parcel.

I first received a call from 23222270684 on the 20th of October.
I googled the number and found that the call was made in Seirra Leone.
On the 1st of November at 15:27 I received a text from 07880975374 saying:

For Delivery Tomorrow

I've just had same message, are we any closer to finding out who the scammers are ?
