They call me every day, twice a day wanting to do a survey for the IRS.  I would not do any survey over for the phone for the IRS.  They want a survey the IRS should mail me one and ask for it in writing.  These days you don't know who you are really talking to over the phone.  I have asked these people to stop calling me but they keep calling every day.

i also have been getting calls from this number several times a day.  tonight i finally answered.  the woman said it was a survey having to do something with children.  first she asked if i was over 18 and if i lived in the home.  second she asked what county i live in.  i told her i was sorry but i couldn't do the survey.  personally i don't like to give out info on myself.  after the call i dialed  *60   -it's like *69 but it blocks the number from calling back.  i'm not sure if they have other numbers, but it has worked for me in the past.  just listen to the automated recording and follow the directions, it is very easy.  :)  good luck

This is a marketing and research company and are exempt from the Do not call
list. The Attorney General's office of Pennsylvania notified me that the company is imposing its own DNC list. If you want to be included contact Chris Miller at c.miller@srbi.com  It will take up to 48 hours to be added to their DNC list.

I received a call from this number 2 separate times today.  I have caller and I answered the phone the first time and a male wanted to do some sort of survey.  At that time, I just abruptly hung up on him.  This same telephone number called a little while later. I recognized the number and answered without saying anything and hung up on them.  I am currently on the DO NOT CALL list as well.

I have been getting calls from this number MANY time a day, so I finally answered and a woman told me she was calling for the New Mexico Highway Dept and did I have a few minutes for a survey. I told her that I was on the National 'DO NOT CALL' list. She explained that they were exempt. I explained that the DO NOT CALL LIST was there for a reason and I didn't believe her, at which point she hung up. I don't mind these calls that much, because if I'm not in a good mood I get to vent and get it out of my system. It works!!

The number 239-415-4400 when a reverse number check is done, is registered to a Bud W. of Fort Myers, FL per switchboard.com. Anyhow we have received a call about doing a survey for the IRS too from this number. But on our caller id we have the name Abt, S (Well it isn't SRBI) when I put in at switchboard.com and the name came up to a Susan Abt in Fort Myers, FL. Is she the person who has been calling....hmmm I wonder.

Get about 2-5 calls a day as well from this number, but I can't recall if they pick up or respond when I say "hello".

This person called me on the week end and claimed to be with the Florida Department of Health!!!

Seems they have more than one name or else they have changed their caller id name.  My caller id name said Abt S.

If you "work" for SRBI, be prepared to hear irate people. I have an unlisted number and am on the no call list because I do not want to be bothered by anyone that I am not doing business with or my family and friends.

My advice to you is to find another line of "work". For all that receive these calls, DO NOT ANSWER no matter how annoyed you are. These people get paid by the number of people who answer. I place them on my blocked number list if they call more than 2 times.

i keep getting calls from this number

We have received numerous calls from this number "alleging" it was from the Florida Department of Health and they want to conduct a survey about health practices.  I asked them to stop--several times--but they wont.  This last time I said that if you really are representative of a government agency that I want you to stop.  He didn't and they haven't

To the ABT SRBI employee - are you serious? You want people to just do the survey?

Called my second line at home that rings into my home office at 8:56pm - Did you think you might be annoying people???

How about people get smart and finally just hang up on ANY survey taker - then guess what - no response - no data - no money - NO SURVEYS!

It is the clueless wonders that acutally put up with this bullying and "exempt from DNC" nonsense that encourages these annoying surveys.

I understand that this is a legit survey company and they are exempt from the DNC we all thought would save us from so many unwanted calls...however, what I don't understand is why I can be polite and cordial as I note I am not interested only to receive a call the next day, or should I say, at 8:05 p.m. this evening....and when I tell this gentleman I already spoke with a young woman yesterday, he interrupts with "I see, and did she tell you about our purpose?" to which I politely reply "yes, and I am not interested in participating, please remove me from your automated calling system" to which I receive dead silence as I hear others in the background....only to receive another call at 8:15 p.m. this evening....a young woman who starts out with the same line "...calling from the University of Wisconsin....not selling anything..." I interrupt, politely, with "pardon me, this is the second call within 15 minutes, the 4th call in two days, kindly remove me from your auto dialer system..." and I receive dead silence...seems they don't want to be rude and hang up on me....dead silence....I inquire, "is that a problem?"...more dead silence while I still hear others in the background...again I ask "excuse me, but is it a problem to remove me from your auto dialer?"...continuation of dead silence...to which I less than politely state "apparently it's a huge problem since I've left you speechless" and conclude the call.  

So...what I don't understand is why anyone, public or private sector, university or similar...why would an otherwise reputable institution want to gather information from those of us who simply do not wish to participate?  Surely I can't be the only one who has grown so weary with these types of calls that I've provided the most useless of information, often believable, but always completely inaccurate, thereby adversely affecting the "integrity" of the data.  I work in a university setting wherein research and data is a vital component of outcomes and progress, however, ALL of our research is by way of WILLING participation from subjects, ALWAYS (that's not to say there aren't some willing participants who purposefully provide inaccurate information, but our analysis always incorporates a specific N for such probability).  Bottom line - if you're going to call because you're "exempt" from the DNC registry, please use some of your profits or general funding to develop a roster of willing participants - save yourself time, the "anguish" you "endure", save yourself money (you'd likely only need 1/3rd the work force), maintain the integrity of your data, develop some company integrity and perhaps your willing participant cache with grow and you can leave the rest of us to enjoy our daily life without the need for caller ID, without becoming cranky because you've phoned four times in two days during typical California dinner hours and are just rude enough not to hang up on us, instead, just hold the line without comment so you can say you didn't hang up on anyone.  And really...if your job is that awful, pursue another, regardless of how long the pursuit, surely you're worth it.

Just received a call from this number.  I don't live in Florida, nor do I attend a university in Michigan.  So, why they are calling me I have no idea.  Perhaps I will answer to find out.  Where I live we finally got the normal caller ID.  Up until now id just showed number no name.

I will just tell them a bunch of BS answers that have nothing to do with the truth. Too bad tax dollars pay for this crap! There are people starving in my town right now and the IRS and State governments and Military are giving these losers big bucks to harass people day and night.

I have been getting these calls just like others, no messages, just calls, calls calls, I won't answer any number I don't recognize as a friend, etc. And if you call them back, it just rings empty.
