- millsfirst i would like to say i have worked at this place for a couple wks and all i seen was people owe debts.never did i hear anybody say they was a cop and you people are funny if they called you. you might have owed that debt. in the chance you didint they didnt call back. for those who dont know its more than one company in buffalo who uses this same tactic. i think some of them is mad about them callin for payment thats it! i dont defend the tactic of telling people to pack there stuff and watch out for there kids that is a wrong as it gets but if you got that call from someone posing as a police officer please STOP SENDING CHECKS THAT WILL BOUNCE ACROSS STATE LINES!!!. that is a crime and a federal one at that.so for you people that gripe on this saying you got harrased please stop spendin money you dont have because somebody is comin to try to get it and they may not be nice.if you cant afford it dont buy it plain and simple. and for the remark about the cara girl who left the msg.you are plain racist cut and dry and if this guy was white he would have not got so much flack.hence the madoff guy who got BILLIONS WITHOUT A CALL. america please stop pickin and choosing your battles. be about something or shut up. these are the rants of deadbeats who dont want to pay their bills and want some pitty from the rest of us give me a break.so any negetive reply you give me for this you know where to stick it. the same place you stick your heads are located!wake up want someone to blame talk to your local bank or card company who sells this off to people like this. there business practices cant be know better.as for ken he was still working for the company and gave a 30 page statement to save his backside not yours. so if they would not have shut him down he would be still spending your money. p.s. he was the direrctor of operations dummy!!!!
- Caller: final control
- millsand i hope t all that is readin this know this is a wrong practice and he should pay for what he did but for andy to get on this and act like he was the angel in this is crazy he was workin for them for 2 yrs and now he gets some backbone to say its wrong please. and ken or should i say (kmc)please your the main collector mr armani as they hear you say dont act like your here for the people you were a main player. thats why i quit.
- Pimp DaddyLMAO... I love how someone thinks because they buy a debt portfolio from a creditor, the debt is magically theirs to collect in full! In reality or from what i have searched, these Collection companies buy a stack of debt for pennies on the dollar. something like for every 1000, they would pay 1.00 for it. So, let's say this [***] bought 100k worth of debt for 1000.00. almost every penny that is collected is profit. I can understand this part of it. What i can't understand is how they feel that the debtor owes them the full amount. You only paid 1.00 for my 1000 debt. I will pay you that 1.00 plus interest of 6%. You've got some nerve thinking that i owe you the full amount. This teabag is upstate and not getting out anytime soon with 4 counts of possesion of a fire arm while being a felon.. LMAOO What goes around comes around, and you cara, are next to be hit. I feel bad for you because you won't or just plain don't see it coming.
- The Glass BallTo all of you complainers and THIEVES!!! Yeah, any of you that have willingly taken a product or service and called yourselves "hiding behind the Fair Debt Act," that's what you get. Listen to this veteran debtor saying that "debts are out of statute." Sounds like he sits around all day spending and waiting until 7 or more years to pass so that he doesn't have to pay... You're dispicable in every way, Thief!!! You're the reason why this guy is making millions off of people. Shut Up and pay your F*****g bills on time and in 7 years this guy won't call you. LMAO!!! He may be a [***], but he's a smart cookie and some of you are just mad that you weren't smart enough to do what he's done. Ha! Ha! Ha! What I'm saying here is that its the circle of life, if you create the need, it will be invented. This guy created a way to get the money that many people thought they got away with paying. He has to deal with the set back of getting caught, just like the bums who don't handle their financial responsibilities have to deal with scum like him calling. Ha! Ha! He's probably smart enough to go to another state and get some other unsuspecting veteran debtors... Hee!! Hee! Hee! He's going to have a lamborghini before we know it because its nothing but almost free debt laying around. Get ready for Round 2! Ding! Ding!
- LightDam skippy light ball... all these losers suck! Let's not let this guy get a lamborghini. Let's make him go back to slinging on the streets...
- The OraclePimp Daddy, you should stick with Pimping (if you're at all any good at that). Is that what you tell your call girls when they should be bringing in their quota, that they don't owe the full amount to you because it's really not your money to begin with? Ha! Ha! As a matter of a fact Pimp Daddy, stop pimping, take T-Money Bags' place on welfare... I don't mind paying for someone who is fighting a losing battle like you... Stay on welfare as long as you need to. Learn a little more about purchasing and debt before you come on here. Research notes, why they're sold, and the liability that the debtor has on them its pretty much the concept that you don't seem to be getting here. I'm sure the normal under-educated reader probably agreed with you and maybe even thought that your random numbers (pushed off as factual data) sounded good. W R O N G! Use the time that you're on welfare to get an education. The first lesson should be: Understand completely before you speak.

- The Insider| 2 repliesLooks like Toby Boyland and the gang will have to find some new game to play. He's been sentenced to 15 years in prison for the gun charges, and Dellian Sharp and the rest of the boys have been barred from working in the debt collection industry.
- Mr. B.This zoo of subhuman bottom-feeders was run entirely by convicted felons and never had any business working in any sort of financial enterprise, be it collections or anything else. By the way, “Mills” (I am typing this real slow since judging from your posts it is pretty obvious you can’t read very fast.) Many of the victims these vermin shook down for money and/or info on other debtors never owed them a dime and they knew it. They didn’t care where the cash came from as long as they got it by any means, fair or foul. They also dealt almost exclusively in expired, bogus or otherwise legally uncollectible “Junk Debt” which they misrepresented as legitimate accounts. These tactics made them thieves and extortionists who belong behind bars as much as any mugger does, so don’t bother sniveling about ranting deadbeats, anyone who would make a living like these filth did doesn’t even rise superior to the average child molester.

Toby, Toby, when will those charges disappear?
Toby, Toby, will they still give you twenty years?
With that scamming in your past and your prison time re-cast
You can't say you ain't been fried...
But Toby, Toby, you can't say you never lied
Toby, you're pitiful, but ain't it time you said good-bye?
Toby, bags o' money,
remember all those scams you tried?
All the dreams you held so close seemed to go up in crack smoke-
A .38 special you'll confess:
Toby, Toby, will your cellmate want you in a dress?
Oh, Toby, don't you weep, all your kisses still taste sweet
at least to all those prison guys...
So, Toby, Toby be sure to bring lots of K.Y.
But Toby, Toby, ain't it time you lawyered up?
With that scamming in your past and new prison time to pass
Bags o' money in your van...
Toby, Toby, how can you call yourself a man?
All the victims of your fright wonder how you sleep at night
But that’s the easily answered one
Toby, Toby, your kind burn up in the sun!
But Toby, Dateline found you, baby
Everywhere they looked, they saw your lies
There ain't a charge that they can't pin on you
Time to kiss your [***] goodbye.
But Toby, Toby, put your hair back up in dregs
Toby, Toby, don't forget to shave your legs....

- lina replies to ec| 3 repliesthe address to final control asset locators was 3871 Harlem rd near kensington ave. How do I know? I used to work there in 2007 0 or 2008. They fired me because I adhered to the FDCPA which they did not. I was told that because they owned the "paper" they could say and do whatever they wanted. i remember one time a rep had a 94 year old woman on the phone chastising her because her bank cancelled a check for $1500 because she had never written a check that large since opening her account. The woman was crying because the rep told her they would seize her home. The woman was then advised to go to Wal-a and do a money-gram for the same amount. The woman said she couldn't drive herself and the rep told her to take a cab, or call someone for a ride. I asked the rep if she realized she was beaking the law and I was told I wouldn't be around much longer. I was fired a few days later. When i was called into HR by Virginia she took too long firing me so I did it for her and asked for my check since it was pay-day, and thankled her for the opportunity to realise collections wasn't for me and walked out of that building never to return. Prior to that evry eveining when it was time to go home I would peek out of the door first to make sure the Federales weren't outside. I knew that sooner or later they would be raided.
- lina replies to lina| 2 repliesi forgot to mentioned that the debt was just $105.00 and reps were instructed to pad it by $1000, try to get it all , if not try to get at least half. We also told to pick an alias and identify ourselves as special investigators for a litigations company with authorization to county that person's county clerks office to begin procedures to garnish wages or seize assets. I was special investigator Phyllysha Campbell. Because I knew better, I did better and was happy when they fired me. I recently saw the rep who'd talked to the elderly woman at Family Dollar on Bailey and Delavan. She was looking at me like I was familiar to her so I spoke first telling her who I was. She got somewhere real fast after that.
