Here is a good way to deal with these Hitler Youth punks and their disreputable tactics; First, never mind the number on your caller ID, it’s virtually always a fake and strictly one-way.  But the call-back number on the voice-mail has to be real, otherwise they could never scam a dime out of anyone.  Also, if you know for sure which collection company it is, visit their website and if the e-mail address under “Contact Us” doesn’t readily suggest a debt collector use that also.  Write a realistic-sounding too-good-to-pass-up add for anything appealing to as wide a range of people as possible using their contact info. - then post it on Craig’s List! The ruinous overload of calls and E-Mails will soon cause their networks to crash and with these vermin, down-time is money down the drain.  The vast majority of debt collectors took the short bus to school and are therefore notoriously slow learners, but this method will likely get the point across.
  As for the collectiod scum who are always stinking up these forums with their B.S. I know it may be hard for you and your fellow bill-boys to read this, especially considering the fact that most of you are illiterate, but why don’t YOU just follow the law and police your own industry so state and federal agencies wouldn’t have to do it for you?  No type of business has anywhere close to the volume of consumer complaints of accounts-receivable.  This is due to the professional & ethical failures of the collectors, not the consumers.  Don’t even start with that lame old crap that we wouldn’t be getting these calls if I didn’t owe on old bills - I have NO accounts in collections but that didn’t stop a whole zoo of you vermin from humping on my leg for at least three people with similar sounding names that you were too lazy to track down by proper methods.  In the end, formal complaints and Cease & desist orders were all that these parasites would understand.  
 Subhuman filth like Boyland are not the exception in the collections industry, they are the rule. This place is a scam, I used to work for them.I did not know what I was getting myself into when i got hired. I shouldve know that something was wrong when all of the people that were there before me left. I just figured they found better jobs, but whats better than getting paid cash every two weeks. I came face to face with Tobias Boyland, Darryl Clay (im sure thats not his real name and whos in a wheel chair), and Tobias gf at the time (name unknown) of whom they had the companys name in. At the time they were collecting the money via Western Union under someone who they conned into using he rname "Jessica." YOu send the money via WU to a person (the green slip), they then go to the check cashing place, get the $ and put it in a safe in the office. They had us calling, pretending to be someone that were not saying that it was to protect out identities...bull [***]. The company is now located on E 9th and Superios in Cleveland Ohio. It is under the name Nationwide Payment Processors. They also have another one in that vacinity as well. The people that work there are not criminlas, they just dont know any better and like me were happy when they gained employment. The new managers name is Angela and she knows exactly whats going on as she dated Tobias Boyland to get her position. Money hungry b***es!

they buy debts and these debts sometime have already been paid. this is a false company. Please believe me bcus I worked for them. When I found out what I was doing...i quit!

Correction they can not do what ever they want. Fair collection prohibits such activities. Like if you tell them you filed Bankruptcy and give them the attorneys info and case number. They have to stop calling. Just because they buy the debt does not put them above federal laws.
