I got a call from this number with no message so I checked here and saw your post among all the posts stating it isn't a valid number. I'm not currently getting or expecting cheques from the BC government or Social Services. I seriously doubt it's valid.

Iv had this number call me several times the last time was 5 min ago and when i answered know one there i texted it back says its a landline and number 2525 was number it texted me from and when i called goes to nothing and stops ringing wtf now im all sketched out thinkin the goverment knows [***] they shouldnt [***] lmao

Got a call from 2503872727. She never left a message called twice the phone says it’s coming from the United States phone number and I called back apparently it’s a go to BC government number so I’m not too sure where this is going

A call from this number came to my cell phone. They did not leave a message. If you look up the number, it does appear to be a Government of BC number - but given other posts here, clearly it is being used by someone else now.

This is a COVID scam. Called multiple times, saying they're from the Government, but with no credentials and this is not a current government number. Never stayed on long enough, but I'm assuming they would ask to confirm purchases for contact tracing that would *gasp* require me to give them my credit card number

This number has called a couple of times. Today she told me she will attempt one more time before sending a government agent to my place! My response: go ahead please!

This number called me but I wasn’t able to answer and when I called back it said ‘number not in service’.

Family friend received a call regarding where I lived, date of birth and very personal details. She thought it was the health department so she answered all of them which I was pretty mad about because the lady wasn’t professional at all and didn’t say what she does etc. Very sketchy if you ask me.

Got a call from this number, woman did not identify herself on voicemail, simply left a name and a cell phone to call back. When I call 250-387-2727 it seems like an unprofessional phone but claims to be the provincial government

Got a call from this number and they were impersonating an Employment standards officer. Strangely enough she had information about my claim, however I had already spoken to an actual ES agent, she said she was fast tracking my case and asked personal information thankfully I told her all my information was already given to the actual ES agent and she can go ahead and contact her for more information. She never did, she never emailed me after the call and when I searched her number in the BC government directory nothing came up. I called back and its a short 1 second audio clip with a muffled man in the background. Very strange, creepy and suspicious.

You have either been scammed (maybe by a spoofed number) or you are a shill - at least based on the posts before you. Hum?

This is a scammer's call. Do not respond, suggest block this phone number right away.

Got a call from Susie. Gave a case # for recovery benefit. Called B.C. government. Case # does not exist!

Received a call back from Service BC regarding a message left a few days ago.
