I seriously doubt that Kohl's is actually calling.  The caller ID is most likely being changed to make it appear that Kohl's is calling.  Retaliating against Kohl's will not solve the problem and is a waste of your time.

Kohl's needs to take a class in Customer Service 101 and Security 101...

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER> it is not necessary nor secure. Give them your date of birth and address instead. If the associate insists they need your SSN --HANG UP-- they don't need to use it to positively ID you.

These guys call all the time.  They called at 8:07 am on Easter Sunday. I called Kohl's and they said they don't open until 10am!!  Once I finally got someone there, Kohl's had a terrible time setting up my account to view or pay bills online, making it difficult for me to pay the bill -- can't see it (no paper statements are sent and online viewing is disabled due to the late bill) and can't pay it (online -- due to some glitch in their accounting that needed to be reset; wouldn't accept any routing/account #s for our banks).  After over 45 minutes on the phone, they asked me if I could go to a Koh'ls store to pay it or call back the next day after they got someone else to look into it.  Adding to the frustration, Kohl's credit cards do not work with desktop versions of Quicken, our financial software that allows viewing of amounts due on most of our credit cards (all except this one).  It has been so much trouble to see/pay bills electronically with Kohl's that I cancelled my account. I have lost a lot of respect for Kohl's over how they are handling electronic payments and how they pester people with an insane number of phone calls without leaving a message.

Kohl's used to call me 4-5 times every day for a few days in a row. I blocked them, so my life was peaceful again. Two months later, someone (the caller ID showed "Out of Area" with a phone number different from Kohl's) called me 4-5 times every day as Kohl's did. I blocked it again and my life was peaceful for a few months. Yesterday and today I received a few phone calls from this phone number 2627049780, "Out of Area" again with no messages left. I decided to go online to find out if this is another nut case. It looks like it is. The scammer has developed a strategy to use a different phone number, "Out of Area" to try to get victims.

It may not directly be Kohl's, but i believe it's a service employed by Kohl's to call folks and remind them to pay their Kohl's charge card bill. Essentially, a collections dept. I recd a call about 8:30 am. No message. Came here to find out who it was. Checked my records and sure enough, hadn't paid the bill. Oops!!

Yeah, so my sis gave out my phone # to the dept and now Im recv calls from them...smh

I want this to STOP I DO NOT OWE KOHLS how can we reprot them? I DO have a card and I am CANCELLING after I tell them why and send them a copy of my cell phone bill Jusventing and frustrated RUIN the baseball game.

Yes, it is Kohl's. Just answer it.  I did. And they worked with me to help clear my debt.  Much easier to do than listen to my phone ring all day.

They used to call my home phone, now they are calling my cell phone constantly! UGH! I don't know HOW they got my cell phone! I don't give it to anyone!

they have been calling me since sept. 29th at least 4 times a day. its getting really annoying...i finally just put the number on my blocked calls list.

my total bill was suppose to be only $17.00..that's how much my purshaces were...i lost my job and just couldn't pay it and that was purchased in April...now by bill is like $100 something..how well do they work with u

Daily calls.  Never leave a message.

NO message is ever left and I don't appreciate it at all. They call every 10 - 15 minutes while I am at work and at home.

Call every day.  Never, ever shopped at Kohls in my life and calls just keep coming.  Will get lawyer now and they will regret ever dialling my number.

I'm guessing this is Kohls from reading the other post and the fact I do have an account with them. Now they are never going to get another penny from me.
I'd rather default on payments than give my money to a comapny that acts this way.

I do not, and never have, had an account with kohls. I get calls from them regularly. I will now begin to "shop" in their stores, and cause quiet mayhem.  Gum on new products, one new shoe left in children's dept, one in housewares,  etc. etc......very subtle of course.  If they cannot operate respectfully, why should the public that they harass?

This number calls 7-10 times a day and NEVER leaves a message!!!
