They asked me what was going on in my life, too. Very odd.

They never leave a message and no one responds when I answer so I just blocked the number they were calling every 10 minutes.

This number has been constantly calling me - i cant even say for how long- I do have a Kohls Card and I am a little behind on my bill - I cant seem to get into the online system - tried to download the app the pay the bill and it doesnt recognize me so Ive been meaning to call them - WHY  did they not leave a message instead of constantly calling - ive assumed it was just an auto telemarketer or something!!

I received calls from this number but they never leave message.

They call me ten times a day. I never am able to answer because I'm working. I called back and it's just an automated system. It never gives me an option to talk to a representative! It asks me to put in my entire social security number. HELL no. Such a scam!

I have received calls 7 from this number! Usually multiple times a day. I answer the phone, don't say anything, and I don't hear a greeting what so ever. SO, if this was Kohl's I feel like they would be very quick to greet an answered call. Fraud maybe????

I have also been getting their calls, multiple times.  When I called the number they gave me, it was kohl's.  They wanted lots of info, and I said no.  I told him I owed no money so why would kohl's be calling.  He wanted my info.  I said no thanks and hung up.

I revived a call and they said they have a collect call from jack.  I told them they have the wrong number wonder if they will call back

Keeps calling and leaves no message

Called customer service after a dozen 'no answer' calls and a conversation with a human today. I'm thinking their computer is v-e-r-y          s-l-o-w about handing calls off to Kohl's people after I answer. Is truly collecting payments for Kohl's. My wife elected to receive e-statements and rarely buys there. She managed to miss the e-mails and has not set her account up to automatically pay.

I received a call from this number this morning after i received several calls from 262-703-1977 and blocked my phone. When first recieved calls had a recording stating to call Kohls @ 1-888-814-3555 and want you to enter account number or SSN number.

Kept getting calls from that number. However no one would say anything. I eventually blocked the number so the calls don't annoy me anymore.

Keep getting calls from this # serveral times a day to find out they are calling about my kohls card which Im not late on the payment.. dont give any info to them.

I get them too and they supposedly leave a voice mail. Thete is mothing there.

Kept getting 5-6 calls from this number every day, even on weekends. Left blank voice mails every time. Finally called them back today and it said it was Kohl's Department Store, and of course the first question I was asked for was the last four of my SSN. Then they ask you what is going on in your life that is preventing you from making the payments on time. I told them I don't have the money to pay it and that's all they need to know. Don't waste your time talking to one of the representatives. Just ask for a supervisor right away, and specify that you want a supervisor that is on the clock that you can talk to NOW. The first representative (yes, I had to call twice.....) didn't seem to understand that and connected me to god-only-knows-who's voicemail....... Called back, talked to a different representative, SPECIFIED that, and spoke with a supervisor right away. I told him to stop the calls, He said as of tomorrow I will not get any more calls. He asked me if I had any other questions or concerns, and I told him that in the future, when their representatives call people, they need to leave a message explaining who they are, because when the voice mail is blank, and the first question asked when you call back is for your SSN, that screams SCAM and people are not going to be too cooperative. He completely ignored what I said and immediately said "Ok if there are no questions or concerns, thank you for calling Kohl's Department Store and have a great night". Absolute slap to the face. I'm just writing all this as a warning to anyone else who has the displeasure of having to deal with these people........

This number 262-704-9780 keep calling my home phone at least twice a day and for many days until now , without any message or else , now i check online with many people complain about this number call from Kohl department . Just wonder , what's wrong with Kohl ??? If it's real Kohl store " Do you hear many complain ??? " or just ignore ????
