This is obviously NOT coming directly from Kohl's. They have an Excellent customer service rating. Besides, Kohl's would never call you multiple times in a day and they would ALWAYS leave a message. Someone is using that number and having it forwarded to Kohl's customer service line. A very easy thing to do to set people off your trail and to remain anonymous. Don't blame Kohl's directly, they are a victim in this crime as well, as someone is using their name and number fraudulently. These criminals are fairly slick, they use their tactics to get ignorant people to believe that things are as they seem. When in reality they are being completely manipulated.

This is not a spoofed number and it is truly Kohl's calling.  I don't answer strange numbers and a 262 area code seemed strange from where I live.  What I did was call Kohl's and told them about the number.  It is in fact their legitimate phone number.  They are calling with an issue about your Kohl's card ...... so answer the phone!

The explaination should have been clear. Wrong number. What more explaination did you need?

Someone put a fake number on their credit account for kohls

The call me over and over again and every time I answer and say "Hello" about 10 times before they hang up on me. No one ever says anything...just call and hang up!

Please DONOT answer your phone. They prétend to be Kohls Department Storr. But, Kohl always leave a business message. They Call during business hours.  So, these guys are criminals, hackers, and dangerous...

I kept receiving calls from this #, but they never left a voicemail. Finally left one yesterday & it was just heavy breathing & background noise. If it IS Kohl's, that seems very unprofessional.

This number has been calling me about 10 times a day for the past week. Answered one time a couple of days ago and no response. Never leaves a message, just keeps calling me. Ugh!!!! Idk who it is, but now I see its a scam!

After receiving several calls from this number, I did some research. IT IS FRAUD! IF you answer, tell them only that you will be reporting them. This traces back to a person's account who are only trying to get YOUR information. Here are some tips to stop this:

When the call comes in, answer. Say NOTHING. Hit 9, and you'll be added to their Do Not Call List in their computer.

Android users have a number of apps available in the Play Store that can block calls. Call Filter is definitely the most popular option, and it's completely free. DroidBlock will also do the trick of Call Filter doesn't.

Some other phones (like many Samsung phones) may have call blocking options built-in, but it varies from phone to phone. Google your phone to see if it has any call blocking features out-of-the-box.

Best thing about this is you don't have to worry about changing your number again.!

This number is only Kohls collecting their money, if you have a charge card through them.Yeah, they're a pain. My payment is due in 2 weeks and they were calling me a month ago. I had enough and paid it now. Now I will struggle until my next pay. Hope they're satisfied with an unhappy customer.

Why would you give an 11 year old a [***] phone you douche!   There should be qualifications to have kids...like an ID check or maybe an IQ check for you you [***].

It is a scam. I my account info got compromised. Do not respond!

Keep calling several times a day even after you make your payments.  So annoying!

I keep getting theses calls. Sometimes multiple times a week and they leave no message.  If they have legitimate business with me and are just some telemarketer they should leave a message. As I don't answer calls I don't regonize. If it is a telemarketer then please lose my number.

I have been getting calls once daily for weeks now from this number.  After reading the other comments here I do have a Kohls account but I am in no way deliquent with payments.  I don't even have a balance on my account right now so why are they calling me every day?  To spend more with them?

Why would you give someone more information about yourself without knowing who they are? This isn't kholes calling you. This is someone hoping to get you to answer and attempt to scam you, but when you don't answer, they give you fake information from a legit source. Thus making it more likely for you to answer the next time they call.
