They called me several time in a few days and didn't leave a message. Thanks everybody for interesting ideas vow to fight with them.

Yeah, they've called me 6 times today! The first time I answered and spoke with some lady, she was trying to verify the last 4 digits of my visa card number (which she ALREADY had???) So she could send me a free gas voucher. But then the call was dropped in the middle of me asking her questions... or so I thought. Maybe she just hung up? Anyway, they called back 5 more times today, but everytime I answered there was no one on the line. They called the last time about 8:00 tonight, and there was finally a young man on the other line, giving me the same bs about the gas voucer. Let's just say I gave him a piece of my mind. I think I may have actually made up a few cuss words.
I called the bank to tell them to keep an eye on my account for any unusual activity, but I think tomorrow I'm going to go ahead and change my account number.
I also contacted Visa customer service to let them know what was going on. the visa lady advised me to file a police report on the calls. Then if I get a copy of that report to my bank, they can contact visa on my behalf to try and catch whoever is doing this.
So my suggestion is for everyone to file a police report. You need to call the financial division, at least that's what I was told to do. Good luck to everyone and I hope they catch these F*&$ers!!!!

This number called my cell phone 2 x's in 1 hour; I picked it up the second time,said hello 3 times,no answer,I hung up. Then I called that number from my blocked home phone,suspecting a telemarketing scam. Said that their hrs were from 10:00 to 5:00 eastern time; and that it was an order confirmation site. hmmm. So I looked up the area code,saw it was from kalamazoo michigan;went on the internet looking for a reverse number directory,they all cost; then I plugged in the phone number,and city on search and found this site. I just put them on the reject list on my cell phone;hopefully they don't call from another number;plus I put all my number on the national "do not call list"
I guess they finally inacted a law where you don't have to keep putting it on there every year. It also spoke about fines that can be applies if they keep harassing after you have put your numbers on the do not call list,but it takes 31 days. Good luck.

This number has been calling me for about a week at least 5 times a day and I never picked up.  After reading these posts I decided to answer the next call.  I answered "Grady Police Dept." (as someone suggested) and the girl on the other end just came at me!!  Very pushy, the police dept thing didn't scare her away at all.  She had my full name and asked if that was who she was talking to.  I wouldn't confirm and instead asked her for her name.  She said she was Julie from Vista.  I told her I thought she was from some scam company and not to call me again.  She hung up.  I hope this works.  I still don't understand how selling this information is legal.

Yes! This has happened to me twice now. They also said they received this information from a purchase I made with one of their "partners". I told them I was not interested in whatever service and to quit calling me. The guy kept harrassing me about it and said they would only charge me a shipping and handling fee to send me the information--even after I said no! He completely ignored me. Since this is the second time they've called, on my work number too, I'm getting issued a new credit card. Nothing has happened to my account, but I don't trust it.

I received and missed a call from this number. They left no message, then I researched it on the internet and people are correct in their assumption, blah, blah, blah a recent purchase. I answered it the second time. A man tried to tell me I won some gas vouchers or some crap. I have made purchases on the internet more times than I can count in the last ten years and never gotten any kinds of calls such as this. I demanded to know which company I ordered from, he stated he could not tell me. I tried to explain that I didnt want anything nor was I interested, He was very rude. I stated what was the point of being on the do not call list if he was going to call me anyway, He says now Im on THEIR do not call list after he rudely hung up on me. Im on a mission to find out which company has this extra agitation added on to their service, once I find out, I will never order from them again. Vista services...I will remember that name....

I have only made one Internet purchase within the last couple weeks. It was from a nutrition store named Bodybuildingoutlet.com. Has anyone else ordered from this site?
Also I called this number back and hit option two. I had to enter my phone number and they SAY they will not call again.

I refused the gas vouchers and everything else, but am going to let my card issuer know and change my card number.  They mentioned Target but they had my work number, so it could have been related to orders or registrations associated with my job.

I (my wife) has been getting calls from this number now every hour. It is a cell. It is on the Federal DO NOT CALL and the State of Florida also.
This is pissing me off. I have reported this # to both places and will use this website URL as evidence of it too.

I do nt know who the eff this is but since 11am this morning they've called my government blocked do not call list 7 times. Each time we have missed connections. Well I am finished working now and can it wait for them to call again! They better say something like publishers clearing house or be ready to get oversold by me and my German temper. Come call me agin I dare you.

I have been getting calls from this number for about a week. I finally answered last night-they said I had won a gas voucher due to a recent purchase made with my cc(they had the last 4 digits). I asked to know which purchase got me qualified, the gentleman said he did not know. I told him i was not interested and hung up. My husband is a deputy and said to tell the telemarketers to quit calling bc their calls are harrasing. Again, they called this AM. Oddly, this time my voucher had decreased by 950 dollars! ha! I told the guy to remove me from their contact list or i would seek legal advice. he said "why, you dont even know what youre receiving". needless to say, I am reporting them to my bank and police department!

They called and said I was a 'preferred customer' and had my last four digits of my credit card and what type of credit card it was.  They also knew where I lived.  Basically they told me that nothing was wrong with the card but that I am a preferred customer and they are offering me BP gas gift cards, and that I would be getting a package in the mail and would have to pay the shipping fee.  When I told them no thank you, he hung up on me.  I called me credit card company right afterwards, and they didn't know anything about it.  Also this company called my work, which my credit card company does not have.  HUGE Scam.  If they call you, you need to cancel your card, and switch to a new one!

I get calls from 269-477-2150 every couple of weeks, but I never answer.  The first time they called I looked up their number.  I figured it was probably a scam and according to what I've read here, that seems to be the case.  I will never answer.  Is there any way to get them on a block list?

I just started receiving calls from this company yesterday (4 so far). This morning, I spoke with a woma who gave me the same story ($120 in gas rebates; sign up for "coupon savings" to be mailed out at $26.92 /month; confirming my order; asking to charge me $2.95 to ship it out for free).
She knew where I lived and the last four of my credit card, but could not tell me where I made a purchase. I have asked her not to call me anymore. We'll see if it works.

I told the last person to call me from this number that I would contact my attorney, since my  husband is in law enforcement and knows what protocol to follow. He's lame response before hanging up on me "my dad is a cop too and you cant do anything about it." Im reporting this number and fake company to Better Business Bereau, my bank, and local authorities. Both my husband and I are replacing our cards. PLEASE let your bank know what is going on..just in case. I have 2 friends, both under different circumstances, who have been victims in the last week of identity theft!!!!

They've called me from this number 4 times today - twice in the last 40 minutes!!!

I also said it sounded like a scam and I want my name OFF.  He very quickly thanked me for my time and hung up.  I called my CC company and asked if any purchases have been made from vista.. they said no.  I told them the story about the $2.95 S&H and that it seems like a BS scam  to me, and if any charges show up they are unauthorized.  They said no problem, that they will watch for it and take it off if it occurs since I called in advance.  Make sure to check your bank statements!!!
