This number called me this morning, and I did not pick up because I was in the shower. I wasn't going to call back because I did not know the number. They called again about an hour later and I picked up. The lady calling claimed to be from Vista services, and they were telling me I won 120$ in free gas vouchers, but I had to pay the 3.95$ shipping to receive them. They asked if I lived in XXX California. And I said yes, but was very skeptical (UMMM why do they know where I live????) Then, they asked if I got gas this morning with my visa card, and I said yes (That was also creepy!!! Why the hell did they know this?)  SCAM SCAM SCAM this was screaming SCAM! Then the lady asked me if it was okay to go ahead and send me the gas rebates and whatever card they were offering for 29.95$ a month, and I said "No Thanks!" She then proceeded to ask me 2 more times rather rudley and forcefully- I SAID NO NO NO. She finally got it and hung up! I hope they don't have any of my other information. This is a SCAM!!!!

I received several calls from area code 269-477-2150 in one day.  I looked up the # and found this site.  Ironically as I was reading all of these warnings, that number called me again (4th time).  I decided to answer it.  I could hear commotion in the background (like it would be a telemarketer).  I had to say hello twice before I heard a voice.  It was a female that just said my name in a tone of a question.  I simply replied, no, this is not her, you have the wrong #.  She said Oh?  sorry.  And that was that.  Hopefully that will do it.  Thank you guys for the warnings.

Just got my first call from them this friday afternoon 7/30/10 immediately googled it and found all this. Great. I've had this kind of problem b4. Last time, a diff number called me abt a car warranty. Obvious scam. I hope this is not more of the same.

They called three times today so far (days on end at this point) and I answered as the police department...first time nothing, second time hung up, third time the lady actually talked to me and asked if I had anyone name (used my full name) working there.  I told her no and she thanked me and hung up.  I'm thinking that if lots of us are using the police department comment that was posted earlier they are no longer getting freaked out :(

Someone from this number has called me numerous time today and left the message that they are trying to get in touch with me to verify shipping of my recent order.  I have not ordered and they never leave a co. name or return #

Someone with this number called me twice today, and while he was giving me this HUGE schpeal about 120$ in gas rebates I googled the phoen number ( it seemed phishy ) and came across this website.

Once the man finally paused to take a breath I said " no thank you"

and they hung up without another word.

I get angry phone calls from this number. I have told them over and over again that i'm uninterested in their gas vouchers but they just keep calling back. I've blocked their number through my phone company and sent them an email. Hopefully this puts an end to it.

They only have your last 4 digits.  I called US Bank (owner of my CC that has the number they spewed) and they said all I could do was block their number (which won't block with Qwest call rejection) and put my name on a national "do not call" list (which I've done already).  They also told me to write a letter to the "mass merchandising" site to put my name on their list, too.  Already done that!
US Bank says they can "do nothing" about this.  I disaggreed and said they should want to follow up with this and shut them down  since the people on the other end of the line said THEY WERE WORKING WITH US BANK to offer this promotion.  Would US BANK help, hell no!  "There is nothing we can do about this"  Well, there is something I can do about it.  I can look for a more proactive, consumer oriented bank!!

I BLOCKED future calls (at least from this exact number) on my Panasonic Dect 6 wireless phone black version.  It will block any number I put in (NOT LIKE QWEST'S "SERVICE") so if they call me back again, the phone rings once (for the caller id number to appear) and then the phone automatically HANGS UP for me!

Have already received 5 of these calls; will not pick up. Does anybody know how to get them to stop calling?

I decided to google this number. I have received the third call this morning and several over the weekend. I think I will just answer next time and tell them they have the wrong number.

I got a call from this number 5 times today.  I answered twice and no one was on the line, the third time I answered they asked for me by name, and it sounded like there was a party going on in the background.  They said they were calling about a recent visa purchase that I made, but that my account was OK it was just that they wanted to give me a free gas card worth $150.  When I said I had no idea what they were talking about they hung up!   Sounds fishy to me, and how did they know my name!

Called twice on cell phone, answered the second time. They identify themselves as Vista and knew my name, she  talked about a recent purchase I made, then made some reference to a free gas card. I hung up...

Unsure of what this company is, but the calls are received continuously.  With each caller, the caller has a different accent.  Indicates I made a recent credit card purchase and I won a free gas card and other items, but all I would have to do is pay shipping to receive those items.  I  informed them that I did not purchase any items by a credit card and that I would report the number to the fraud hotline.  I guess they were not fooled because the company phoned today.

I don't appreciate them calling saying they have my Visa info My bank is suppose to have a theift program so I am hoping they can not access our numbers this is a scam thet some desperate piece of cramp is trying to run on good honest people and they need to be stopped now!!!!!!.

I have received 4 calls within the past 2 hours! I have not picked one up yet, and they do not leave a message. Thank you for all of your comments, now I will definitely not pick it up!
