It is a scam they have my credit card number and my phone number.

This number is constantly calling my cell phone.  At first I didn't answer and then I googled their number and found out they were trying to scam people.  They have called several times today but no one is ever there.  When I try to dial their number to ask them to leave me alone all I get is a message to confirm an order that I placed.  They give no details as to who they are or what you ordered.  Don't answer this is a scam.  Wish I could get them to quit calling me and wasting my time. Wonder how they even got my cell phone number.!!

these people keep calling my boyfriends phone saying the same thing everyone else is on here. what can we do to get them to stop calling. also i read on a another website that i you have a credit card from hsbc that is how they contact you. i just want to know how i get them to stop. the last time we purchased something was a year ago

These people keep calling my  cell phone and are becoming a real pain in the backside. I looked them up and here is what I found. I think I will call at least four times tomarrow morning and try to give them free gas or something just to see if they like what they dish out.

How can these people be stopped from calling my numbers?

I received a call today, October 18, 2010 from a company identifying themselves as Vista Services Buyers Savings Club, but the number on my cell phone was 616-613-2052 from Zeeland, MI.  They wanted to send me gas rebates, and I just pay the shipping of $2.95, and they had my Mastercard number.  I told the woman that I didn't want them to send me anything, and that I never heard of them.  She said that they are a partner company of someone that I purchased something from, and I am a preferred customer, but she would not identify the company or the supposed purchase.  I am going to contact my Mastercard today, and find out what's going on?  How did this bogus telemarketing company get my Mastercard?

I have received several calls from a different number in Michigan over the last several days. I spoke to a Michael who claimed they wanted to talk with me  and I asked who they were. They told me vista services. They would not say anything else unless I said I was who they called. I refused and said don't call this number. The next day they called again and I told them not to [***] call this number. Hopefully they will not call again. I don't know them. I called the number and said they wanted to talk about an order I placed...? Puzzled I chose to opt out and be put on the no call list. But still recieved calls. The number they are calling me from is (231) 337-2149 in Mcbain Michigan. So beware!!!!

You have to love the internet. I just received my second call from this number. I initially was concerned because last month my debit card information was stolen and used to make purchases. But thanks to all that posted here, I can relax and think of ways to mess with them when they call again.

Been getting the sane calls as well. I am opening up a BBB report just to give everyone a recourse should anything happen.

they called twice today, first no vm, then i googled the number and saw this thread. i answered the next call. it was a loud call center, she also told me she was calling from Vista, that I used a credit card with one of their partners who recommended me as a preferred customer. they wanted to send me $120 in gas cards but when she got into the shpeel about the program i would also get information on in my packet, that i'm under no obligation to be a member blah blah blah i interrupted her and told her i don't want anything they were sending me, thanks and buh-bye. i did forget to say the magic legal words, however "please remove me, my phone number and all of my contact information from this and any of your other call or mailing lists." we'll see if they persist...

just got this call about 4x today so far. they never leave a message so its nobody i know. now that i see all this it sure does help... now what do we do?

this number called my daughters phone and when I answered her phone for her they threatened to kill me and said horrible things, they also said they wanted to satisfy my dog with oral sex, they are strange

I have been receiving these calls for several days -- phone rings twice and then hangs up without leaving a message.  I dialed the number back, and received an automated voice telling me it was the 0rder confirmation department but not to worry, my order would be shipped as ordered.  If I wanted to talk with someone I was to leave my name and phone number.  What a scam!  and boy, are these calls annoying!  Any hour of the day or night.......heaven help us!

hey called and said that they wanted to give me $120 in free gas, but they had to charge my credit card for $2.95 first.  When I asked them why they didn't just give me 117.05 in free gas and keep the 2.95 out of that, they got defensive.  Then I said that it sounds like a scam to me, and they said, " OK, thank you, good bye"
