Except they were taking money out of her account on days they didnt agree on. Another lady said  she paid them and when ever she called back they always had no record of her payments...isnt that illegal too?  I would be careful with this company if anyone is making payments to them.

The fool name BAM actually is the debt collector that all of you are complaining about. The BAM was threatening people, harassing them and calling their jobs and he is no longer with the company that is why he is so angry. This forum is not for disgruntled employee. It is for those that owe bills and feel like they have been wronged and give the company a chance to fix it. BAM BAM you need to go and look for a job because you don't have anything better to do.
