Just got a call from this number on my Toronto area cell phone.  They didn't leave a message.

This is the second time this number has called me. I didn't answer either time because it had two 1's at the beginning of the number. I ain't got time for that.

I love the Canada "Do Not Call List", it still seems to let this annoying number through though,so why hasn't the police done something about this?  Thankfully the iPhone allows to block the #.

Yes, the same just happened to me.  Two abortive one-ring calls and then a three-ringer...I didn't answer any of them.

I contacted the Canada Do Not Call List helpline. The number calling is a scammer and the number has been reported to the CDNCL so hopefully the RCMP can do something about this.

Me too. I added them to my contact list with the name as do not answer cruise scam. Then I turned off all notifications so when this number calls me I won't see it unless I am looking at the phone
