It looks like this may not be SPAM after all.  It's actually a phone program that allows you (or any user) to ask a question (to people you know) via the phone.  That means someone you know had to have entered your number into the system, which means this company is not arbitrarily contacting you....  It looks like you can now access this program via Facebook.... Here is some info:

I got a missed call. in the middle of the night but no mssg left.

I received a call from (302) 336-7401 (Dover, Delaware) and did not answer it because I was having dinner.  They left no message.  When I tried to call them the next day, I got a pre-recorded message.  I am on the "Do Not Call" registry and have filed a complaint with them as well.

Got the message. Said something about what drinks to bring to the picnic. I selected margaritas. Now I am bummed because there really wont be a picnic I suppose? No Margaritas? Aww man.....

Sprint Customer that got the same phone call two hours ago.  Went to voice mail and received a short static message.

Just got a call from this same number although being very pregnant couldn't get to the phone before answering...they left no message...this was my cell phone.  I didn't think these types of calls were permitted to cells.

Received a call to my cell from this number.  I didn't answer because it was an unknown number.  The voice mail left was unintelligible. I reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.

Received a call from the same # like all the rest about an hour ago and I hung up after the first question. I have had the same cell phone number for about 10 years and is on the DNC registry and this is the first time I have received a phone scam. WHY?

received the same call (at&t). no VM. i looked up the area code which was delaware.

I didn't recognize the number as well, so I did not pick up the call.  They did not leave me a message.

This number called me on my cell phone but I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize it, esp. area code 302.  Good thing I didn't!

Received same call on my Verizon cell from 302-336-7401. Was asked to choose which dessert was worse at Tony's party. (??) Did not respond. Just listened. Then it went into a WalMart commercial. I say we boycott WalMart before this gets out of hand!

I guess this is making its rounds again...

I just got a phone call on my cell with this number.  I did not answer it because I didn't recognise the number.  It's a Delaware number.  When the voicemail picked up, all I heard was silence.  Nothing there!  Interesting!

I just used free 411 1800free411 and got a call from this delaware 302 number 3 days later.
Whatever company is free 411, might be one of the culprits. Can not be sure though.
