Received call yesterday.  Did not pick up.  Did not go to voice mail.

I don't answer my phone if I don't know who it is. So naturally living in the Bay Area, California, I wouldn't pick up a Delaware number. It was like someone left the phone off the hook on the message. I just heard static.

I just received a phone call with this number, has anybody tried calling it back?  Does anybody know who is doing this?

I got this about two hours ago and it said some name and then "has a message for you.  Press 1 to hear message."  Probably a scam so I hung up.  Weird!

I got a call from the above number, I didn't answer, and when I check my v-mail there was no msg. And I signed up for the DO NOT DISTURB list. how do you stop these calls.

If you got a call from 302-336-7401..  It came from HeyCosmo – owned by Arsenal Interactive, Inc, 2672 Bayshore Pkwy, Suite 808, Mountain View, CA  94043.  Their office phone number is 650-282-2900.

What they are doing is against law and per FCC rules you can take them to Small Claims Court in California and they are subject to a $2500.00 Judgment for every time they call after you give them notice not to call or if you are already on the Do Not Call Registry, they are subject to that fine immediately.

Call them over and over at 650-282-2900 until they quit harassing us!!!

A robotic guy was asking whether he should paint his house with one or another color. Press one for "X" color press two for "Y" color. I didn't press anything, just kept on hearing, then a robotic woman voice was offering internet service. Again, I didn't press anything and after 3 minutes the call ended.

Just got a call from this number on my cell (AT&T Wireless) at 6:59pm PST. Didn't answer, no message left. I've been getting an increasing number of calls on my cell from unknown and suspect numbers lately, originating from various area codes. Very annoying.

Ever since I entered my cell phone number on the national do not call registry this out of state number (302) 336-7401 has been calling my prepaid tracphone cell phone number up to 5 times in a row eating up my minutes without leaving a message.  This can not be a debt collector for me because I do not owe any debt or give out my  cell phone to anyone except my boyfriend who is a lawyer.  In my state the only way to enforce this is to file a complaint in federal court but the filing is more than the cost of the minutes eaten up.  Apparently the telemarketing company calling also knows this.  However, once the cost equals the amount of the filing fee I will ask my boyfriend to file a class action suit against them and post the information here to become a party to the action.  Thank you to everyone for taking the time to share your information.

Call came in on 12/10/08 and left a voice mail on my employer owned cell phone which is an AT&T phone, claiming to be sponsored by McDonald's.  The "advertisement" said "I'm having a baby, press 1 if you think it's going to be a girl, press 2 if you think a boy".  Who are these people, and why do they want us to press 1 or 2 so badly?

Just got a call from this number and it was a male recording stating something to the effect of, "Jeff if you want to go get drinks at [such and such] bar then press 1, if you'd rather go to [such and such] bar for something else, press 2."   Needless to say, I hung up but found it annoying and strange, nonetheless.  I plan to call the government's Do Not Call registry and file a formal complaint.

There was a recorded man's voice about getting a blast message from hatecosmo.  To listen I needed to press 1.  When I did that, the call was disconnected.

That phone number is HEYCosmo.com.  They are a tech startup that claims to be a sopcial networking type of site. But go to their homepage and it is all abbout PRANKING people.
Their business plan is to irritate people by allowing anonymous prank phne calls?  I wish them l;ots of luck in todays down economy. (sarcasm people!)

I for one do not want this kind of crap over MY paid cell phone.  They provide an opt out process, it involves having them call you....crappy!
But I did it, now if I receive another hey cosmo call I will sue them in small claims court

Husband got same phone call on his phone. He hung up. I received the same call a few days ago. I know the 302 aread code is Delaware. The voice said it was some kind of blast. Irritating .....

Call sounded to be an automated call asking for Push 1, 2 or 3 response to nonesense about having lost money gambling and what should I tell my wife.
