302-336-7405 is www.heycosmo.com, a co. that makes calls for other people, including prank calls.
Register a complaint  at www.donotcall.gov

This number (302.336.7405) called my cell phone twice this morning and left no message.

http://www.heycosmo.com/common/dnc.php where you can go to submit your phone number to a do not call list for their company.

Got it as a missed call.  No identification and no voice mail left.
