I have no idea who this number belongs to, but I did not report it. I have registered not only my landline but my cell phone on the do not call list.

Unsolicitated no message, hung up immediatly. 12/17/08

Unsolicited call to my cell phone, rang twice, hung up. Never seen this number before.

got a call from this number on my mobile on 12/17 at 6:35 pst it only rang once never got a chance to answer it

Called me and hung up called back to see what it is RING TONES!!!! stupid

I called tech support and was told that the number was ported to PAYTECK.

I got a call from this number, but no message.  I called the number back but got a recorded message asking me to hit the star key for more information.  It sounds like cell phone spam. Is this legal?

HeyCosmo AGAIN. Called my personal cell last month on a Sunday morning, and now my gov't issue cellphone, both which are on a do not call list.

I highly recommend everyone start filng complaints on the FCC webpage.  The FCC will respond after receiving the complaint, and enough complaints filed will result in action (monetarily) taken againt this annoying company.
