I don't know the company but my cousin, who is in jail, called me from this # today. So I guess it may be some provider for jail?

I got a call from this company and one Mr.Shivkumar introduced himself and informed that he is a  potential buyer,saying that he is calling from the internet phone.Is it true. can you reply to mecpl.bgl@gmail.com

I called it back using Skype:

RAZA.com, Authorization code, etc.
RAZA appears to be a calling card company. Perhaps someone is calling people using this service.

After receiving a call from 1-302-357-3644, I called back. A recorded messege from RAZA answered asking me to enter my code, whatever that is. This smells fishy.

Called our home at 12:45 AM. Yes, that's correct, it was quarter to one, in the am.  When asked how we could help the man caller, he hung up without another word or an apology.  This kind of behavior is inexcusable and beyond outrageous.  Time to take some action against this one.

This number has been called me for reasons I suspect to be a scam. When I answer nobody responds and this troubles me.
I leave in africa and this number is from Delaware (Dover, Newark, Wilmington) where I have no business
