Who is this useless call

we have received Missed call from this number. Why ? don't know

International citizens once they buy International dialing card ,they try some random fancy numbers.. i hope all ur numbers were fancy ... even i got cal from this number ,i havent picked the call as i dont pick up usually from unknow numbers and i dont try to call back as it is a International Number .. Just ignore and continue doing our work rather than thinking and wasting time ..

It is a Long Distance calling card usually used in the U.S. but can also be used from Canada as well.
I have had friends in the States call me from this number as well as friends from Canada.
Reason you are asked for an authorization code is because when you purchase a long distance calling card there is a PIN you scratch that gives you said code to enter to complete call.
This number cannot be traced many people from all over North America buy and then use these cards and unfortunately any persons actual number is redirected and displayed as 302-357-3644 the calling cards number.

Swearing and saying they will kill me

I have this number and variations of it blocked from calling me so now they are texting me. One day it will be to offer me a payday loan the next a cruise and now today they are telling me that my name and ss# are under investigation bla bla bla. When I called back it was a regular voicemail for a heavily accented guy. How stupid do they think we are? I mean really.

Received a call from this number but the caller refused to identify himself.

Now I am receiving calls from this number after 11:00 PM.  This person needs to be stopped.  He's a nuisance, rude, and unprofessional.

I am from India, I got call at midnight and I sent text message and next day also called that number +13023573644, but got recorded message asking authorization code. Some authorities from Delaware State, USA must look into this fishy matter that, why many people are getting harassment or some trap is there?

An asian guy use this number to call my girlfriend in Vietnam... He said his name is Chue Yee and no more info then that. He was trying to date and flirt with her... She called me and gave me this number: 302-357-3644 and then I dial it, it said for usine razar.com, please enter your authorization code now.

It's not a prank call actually, the person calling you perhaps knows you and is using a calling card from Raza.com but since these cheap calling cards are notoriously unreliable because they use internet instead of regular telephone exchanges they get rerouted through various channels which is why you can't seem to hear them and when you call back it's just an automated pre recorded response because these calling cards can only make calls and not receive them.
