i got call from this number but don't know who did if it's important for me so i wanted to know

I believe you're close but I have a different take. The calls could be from NSA, google or any other giant entity NGO or government. The more you speak, the more exactly they can identify your voice at a future time. Imagine your voice being picked up saying something not approved by the collecting organization. It would be a simple matter to check your voice print just like a fingerprint to ID you. It gets even more devious if you dare to look. Those of you who block your number are living a fool's dream. Whenever you call a large and often a small business, the operator answers your call and up on the computer screen pops up your blocked #, and all the info they have on you. (address, SSN, spouse. etc). When I call my local energy co. or trash co. or any utility on their local #, not an 800 #, they know exactly who I am. Even paranoids have real enemies

I also got call from the same number dont know who called wen i called back  sayd some .com and asked for authorization...
