- bckThis company keeps calling my phone number many times yesterday. I am on the do not call list. They said I applied for a car loan and I told them that I did not and hung up on them.
- LinThey keep calling me verifying my name and hanging up! What kind of scam is this I wonder?
- PSL, FLhung up on me as soon as I asked for the company name. I have filed a complaint with the national do not call registry. It's a start, not a solution I'm sure.
- Caller: unknown
- VickiThese people keep calling and asking for my husband. Now that I know it's an automobile warranty company, I want them to stop calling. It's annoying! My husband had a stroke and no longer has a vehicle and mine is in my name and a 1997! We registered on the Do Not Call Registry and it seems like there are moe calls than usual. We have no vehicles that would qualify for a warranty. How do you make them stop?
- FRUSTRATEDFlorida - 1-305-908-3391 has called our home at least 13 times, and always later at night. I have had my share of troubles with them, asking them to remove our number from their calling list, telling them NO, I DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Ugh... Here's a solution folks, go to the National Do Not Call Registry, register your phone number if it's not already registered, and after your phone number has been on the National Do Not Call list for 31 days, you can start filing complaints against them and criminal action will be taken against them. Here's the URL of the National Do Not Call Registry: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

- Rodney anastasoffCannot reach them to be put on DNC list.
Leaves no message. - vlmI had received several calls from this number in Miami but always let the answering machine pick up...they left no message. Today, I decided to answer and was prepared to tell them to take us off their call list. A man asked for my husband by first name. I said he wasn't at home and could I take a message (trying to get further info from the guy). He just hung up. I went to the Web to try and locate the number: an unpublished land-line in Miami. I tried calling the number from my cell: "unable to complete the call". I finally stumbled onto this site and now will persue the options some of you folks are recommending. Thank goodness there are sites like this available!
- P'd offrecieved several calls from them, mostly start by talking about a car warranty i don't have. i am registered with the national do not call list and ask them to take me off their calling list. they just hang up. this moring a guy who said his name was Pete from the dealer processing center in Miami Fl. called (it took a lot to get that from him), he told me it was physically impossible for him to take me off his list. he stated twice that he didn't believe me that i'm on the do not call list. he then began to mess with me when i asked what number he is calling from and he just repeated my home #. at this point i was pissed but didn't yell. i asked him nicely if he was done [***] with me? he said, "no, i'm just starting to [***] with you." there is nothing i can do to this guy from where i was standing so i just hung up.

- Jessereceived call from this number 305.908.3391 before 9am three days in a row, when I answer the phone no one is there. Tried to call the number back and it is disconnected, I cannot wait to speak to these idiots!
- Same ThingThey've been calling at all hours for several day on my home phone too. I tried turning it in to the FTC, but if this is been going on since June then obviously the FTC doesn't give a crap. (After reading all these posts) I'm filing a report with the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office so maybe they'll take a look into it. Plus then I'll get to talk to a real person instead of just sending an e-mail like with the FTC.
I've been getting calls at least once a day and usually 3 or 4 times a day. - Big DSo called "warranty processing company", I told them I'm not interested in an purchasing an extended warranty, they hung-up. How rude.
- Caller: "Florida"
- StephenPerson called, silence on phone, then hangup.
- JanWoman called, asked for me by name, my husband said no, I wasn't available and she said, "Well suck my butt!"
Same 305-908-3391 number, but when I called her back, the number had been disconnected or no longer in service. - DougI read an article about this company. They sell bogus car warranties and are constantly being cited by the FCC for illegal robocalls and 'do not call' violations. They just ignore it, apparently.
- Caller: they wouldn't say.
- ArizonaHere they go again, making another round of calls for some reason... they called and asked for the old owner of the phone number from over 4 years ago. When I repeated the callers name to confirm that I heard it correctly, he hung up. I wish there was something we could do to stop this.
- AGRcvd a call from this [***] number claiming about some warranty
- ellenreceived a call from this number while I was on another call. tried to call back to find out who called me and why..... keeps saying the number is out of service.
glad i checked here.... - Laura of NHI get several calls a week and they never leave a message. Have dialed the number and it is disconnected. The phone service is through Intermedia Communications; however, that is not the company name. Not sure what other steps to take to prevent these typs of calls as I am also on the Do Not Call registry, which seems essentially useless at this point.
- Caller: non
- Virginia BeachI answered the phone, a man asked for my husband. When I stated that he wasn't in but I would be happy to take a message, the man hung up.
