We have been harrassed for ages. Finally got to trace number, 310-429-5382. There is another number also.  914-237-5793 with a strange man's name but he doesn't seem to exist.

We have been advised by our carrier to get 5 traces and they will take care of it. This is a dummy number. People use it to harrass if they have a problem with you.

Catch them before they bother you further.

the call will come on my phn however noone answers & i can't call it back

I recieved 14 calls in one day from this number. Finally i did answer and nobody answered. I called it back and the recording said this number is no longer in service. How is it people with disconnected numbers make phone calls?

I just got rid of some children playing on my phone. They've already called twice. I'm glad I looked it up

getting tired of these people calling it only 9:97 AM and they have called 3 times already, including 7:00 this morning. No one ever says anything or they hang up.

i got this call twice within minutes... i simply called my phone provider and blocked the number from being able to call me anymore. this is free with charter but may cost depending on your plan or phone carrier... this sounds to me like a phone cloning scam in which if you stay on the line for too long they can "clone" your number and bill it for whatevers they like so dont answer this phone call and if you have been billed for something you should not have then this is likely the reason and you should contact your local provider asap.

Mulitple calls from this number.  Try to call back and it says the number is discontinued and to check the number.  If I answer there is no one on the line.

this number i believe hacked the account of my friend on facebook and has been posting ads on my page more than 10 times
it got my number from my facebook and has called me 24 times between 1 pm 12/5 - 4 pm 12/6

received calls from this number in 2 hour increments. its getting ridiculous!!!!

Freakin number comes up between 6am and 11:30pm!! I called it back and it's an out of service #, WTF!

Possibility:

Each time you pick up the phone company gets to charge you for one minute. If they get 5 million people to pick up 10-25 bogus calls a month, that's a LOT of minutes they charge.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's AT&T calling...

They call all hours of the day and night from this number. i have no clue who it is or what they want. No answer when you pick up.

I am having the same problem as the above with the number 310-429-5382.   WOW! It is 1:00 p.m. and I am receiving a call from this number at this very minute. This is very annoying and something should be done about this.  I have called Verizon Wireless but to no avail.  I am going to continue to research ways to resolve this annoying problem.  As I read through the complaints, I am really shocked at the length of time this have been occuring.  There are enough documented complaints for something to be done.  There is so much power in NUMBERS.  I wish that we(the victums) could form a coalition and get this issue resolved.  Someone should be looking at JAIL TIME!!!

Calls at 7 in the morning and every hour after that and no one is there! How annoying

Thank God for forward to voicemail. Seeing that they don't leave voicemails...This number was starting to annoy me though...

Same old song and dance, [***] calls and when you pick up nobody is there. When I called back it says the number is not in service

it is the government hacking into our phones, once you pick up they are in. Good ole Big Brother watching over us

i have received 57 calls in 3 days from this number.  seems with this many complaints verizon wireless would do something to fix!!  its bologna that they tell all of us theres nothing they can do.   ONE THING FOR SURE I WILL NEVER BE A VERIZON WIRELESS USER, AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW VERIZON WIRELESS WILL NOT STOP THIS ACCOUNT FROM HARASSING PEOPLE.

Just got off the phone with Verizon Wireless and they do not want to harass the customer in Calif that keeps calling all of us. It is a media telemarkter I was told. The number is not a phone but a modem that keeps harassing all of us. Verizon Wireless is okay with the fact that this number is tormenting thousands of people. I hope this number starts targeting more of those employees!! Then they can see and feel the frustration we all do.
