I also just had my Hyundai serviced and this number calls me daily, but I always miss it.

I bought a Hyundai yesterday and they called a couple of times today but missed me.  The sales person told me in advance that they (Hyundai, the company not the dealership) would be calling me to ask if I had received good service at the dealership. In fact, the sales person told me that they are paid based on how I (the customer) rate them on their service. I had a good experience and will give them high marks.  I think this is just Hyundai trying to provide good service, not some marketing company doing indiscriminate market research at random.

Definitely Hyundai.  So annonying.  Telemarketing/Polls/etc...are so freakin in the past.  Hyundai, just because your still look like came from the 90's doesn't mean you have to communicate to us this way.  

Just send out an e-mail so we can easily filter it into the spam box.

I did not give them my number and they still call 4 times a day.  My phone is a pay-by-minute cell phone.  I own Ford's, and have never owned or traded a Hyundai.  Area code 310 is Catalina Island, California.  I live in Tucson, AZ.      There is no logic in cold calling me out of state.  Numbers I have reported to the National Do Not Call Registry have never called again.  I'll use it for this number.  NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

It looks like it's a Santa Monica based number.  I too had an oil change at the local Hyundai dealership and have had this number show up a few times since.

calls but never leaves a message. It seems to me if it is market research they could at least leave a message stating that instead of all the hang ups (perhaps then I'd be willing to answer when I see the number again)!

I own a Hyundai and I get calls from this number at least three times a day. It doesn't matter if it's time to service it or not they keep calling and calling and calling! I've even answered it a few times and it's some automated crap...how do you make it stop???

I got my first call last wednesday and one friday and i have never stepped into a hyundai dealer nor called one in my life. I tried to return the call the first time i had received it and an automated voice tells me it is an outgoing number and does not accept incomming calls. The only thing i can figure is that they had my cell number from prior user.( only had the cell number they called for a year) it would be nice if you could update, or i will just have to file complaint with the "do not call" registry since i have all my numbers registered with them

i've been getting calls nearly everyday from this number too. I don't answer it either.

Took my Hyundia in for a recall repair and I have been getting calls from this number every since.

Thanks for giving out the number. I just contacted them to take me off their call list. My hubby took his Hyundai in to be serviced and they still had my cell # on their list. I don't mind answering questions, but I don't like the hang-ups either. So now hopefully they won't contact me again.

I did not know who it was but now I do. Yes, I'm glad they call asking about how my service was. It also allows you to leave a message at the place where you had your car serviced. If you weren't happy about it, you get to let them know about it. Last time I got this call, the person was very nice and I had the chance to tell how crappy my service was. The person was very understanding and said that they would make sure the service place hears about it. I just got my car serviced and boy, was it a different place. These calls do make a difference.

I get calls from this number as well and recently had my Hyundai in the shop.  I only gave them my number so they could tell me how much it was going to cost and when to pick up my car.

i just got a call from this number a moment ago. it's a hyundai survey, calling about my recent work i had done on my vehicle. waste of my time.
