Report a phone call from 310-862-9009 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- KariIf you take the survey, do they stop calling you??? I just don't want to get a call from them everyday.
- Caller: Hyundai
- jtthis is what dealerships do you idots. it is essential for the service writers to get paid. It is called CSI
- delta mike| 1 replyNever owned a Hyundai and never will. Calls from both this number and a local Hyundai dealer of going on a year now. I blame all the traitors who buy these cars for my harassment.
- ALEXThey are very annoying is from Hyundai survey
- JeffAs noted before, apparently calling 866-320-4607 (toll free) gets you to Synovate's (the market research company) automated system. Listen for the prompt regarding getting on their do-not-call list, then enter your phone number. According to the recording, they will stop calling your number "within a couple of days." I'll see whether that works and report back.
I, too, had my Hyundai serviced ... and to the morons who say things like "this is what dealerships do you idiots," no, harassment is not good customer service. Send me an email or snail mail, but don't call incessantly. If we don't answer after two or three times, then just quit calling. Geez.- Caller: Synovate for Hyundai
- Pots filled with unicornsThanks whocallsme.com - next time this number calls, I am going to answer their survey (for the lulz). There will be great anti-lulz somewhere (lulz is a conserved quantity).
- TrackerDogI too recently had some service at a Hyundai deal for my Santa Fe.
It would be nice if they could provide you a way to opt out of their surveys. - CuriouscatI don't own a huyndai and they called me twice within the last two days.the numbers were both different. I don't think that this is an actuall huyndai company...
- hcThe survey is for Hyundai, the calls are made by a company contracted by Hyundai. They also send paper surveys out as well as phone calls, and which one you get will be randomly decided. Just answer and tell them how your service was, it's like 3 or 4 questions and takes less than 5 minutes, and they won't call after that. It took you longer than that to look up the number on this website and post your complaint. It's not market research so much as it is customer feedback so Hyundai can find out where it needs to improve as far as customer service goes. People sure don't mind complaining about crappy service, but then don't want to answer and tell them so when the company calls to get your feedback. If they DIDN'T call, then all of you would be complaining about how Hyundai doesn't want to hear from its customers. Geez.

- jrcI don't mind answering surveys. Being in retail myself, I understand the value of customer service. My complaint is not telling me my cell phone number would be used for this purpose. I cannot answer my cell phone at work, they leave no message....
I have called 866-320-4607 and added my cell phone to the do not call list. - JennI agree with Philip from 2007. By giving the dealership your phone number, you have given the Hyundai corporation your phone number. If they had given it out to another organization, say a satellite TV company, that would be illegal.
It's just a customer service survey, and I have used it several times to report both good and unsatisfactory results from my dealings with my local Hyundai dealership and have seen changes in the service I receive based on my comments.
If you answer the phone and just talk to the person for a minute, they don't call again.
Harassing and threatening the person at the survey organization is not the solution. It just makes you look like a lunatic and doesn't create anything other than a hostile environment. Those people are just doing the job they are instructed to. If you have a problem with receiving these calls, speak directly with the service representative at your dealership the next time you take in your car. They may be able to provide you with information about opting out of survey calls. - MilaI got two calls from (310) 862-9009 this evening. Nobody says anything when I answer the phone. Nobody left a message, either. Strange. Thanks for identifying this as Hyundai. Yes, I also have a Hyundai and just recently had interaction with the dealership.
- ASi am getting calls every day from this number. i do not own a hyundai. and have never had my car serviced at a hyundai dealer. i called the number back and got a recording. if it is a service survey, they won't be happy with the response they will get from me
- BobHow to stop them from calling my cell phone?
- Rhonda WilliamsThis number has called me for 2.5 weeks straight everynight. This is dumb that when you leave a contact number with a dealoship that they do this. How stupid.
- concerned callerjust keeps on calling, does not leave any message.
- DemeI don't even own a Hyundai
- d dThis phone from Hyundai service survey.
- Caller: Hyundai service survey
- slfitzI recently traded in my old Hyundai and bought a new one. I keep getting calls from these numbers. The big problem is that when I answered the first three no one was on the other end. After a few times I quit answering my phone. The calls just keep coming! How do I get them to quit if I can't talk to them?
- PitaI live in South Florida - the 310 area code is in the Los Angeles area - don't you think they would get a hint that if I live in SouthFlorida I would not be getting my car serviced in L.A? They never leave a message, but if I call the number back, there is a message that it is Hyundai calling about my recent service - I don't own a Hyundai - I have a Lexus. They just keep calling and calling and never leave a message after 10:00 pm at night. I called and left a message on the service department phone to STOP calling me or I would report them to the FCC for harrassment calling so late at night on a cell phone registered on the DoNot Call list.
