got two hangup calls in one day from this number. if it IS a survey like they say, then why don't they actually pick up the phone !!!

This number is a survey for Hyundai....

I bought a hyundai last week and got a call from this number today.

Purchased a car at Hyundai, now I get a daily call from this number.  No message.

Its rings a couple of times, but they do not leave a message.  I recently purchased another hyundai.

Got a call without a message left.  Recently took my Hyundai in for repairs.  From the posts, this is probably the source.

Seems as though the few who support getting called by this research company have a rather defensive attitude about it but they ignore the bulls**t way that they go about calling us:

1. No message, some of us can't answer the phone when they call. For me it's always 9AM.  My work schedule is such that I'm not awake at this time.

2. Apparently sometimes when people answer, they hang up or don't say anything. (Automation gone wrong apparently).

3. They never give up calling...

Those three reasons alone should have EVERYONE agreeing that it's not cool

No, I should NOT be subjected to this phone call, but whatever I can deal with it, answer the phone, say 'no thanks', or take the survey.  But don't act like I'm supposed to take the survey.  I don't care if it's five minutes or two hours, it's my time and my decision how to use it.

I agree with the person who said take the damn survey so they can improve the service if needed. What ever happened to courtesy and common sense. They call here every day since my mom got a car from Hyundai. If you don't want to take the survey, you should have opted out when they asked. Bunch of whiners.

No message, just several calls a day!

I hate dumb calls such telemarketers. wish they stop calling period and make everyone happier.

Hyundai seems to be the common thread in these postings - just bought one and now have a call and hang up message from the number. Great.

I do not own a Hyundi nor does the dealership that I do take my car to service them.  And to top it off the number they are calling is my 12yr old daughter.  WTF will they not go away.

Traitors? Are you completely [***]? It would seem so. It was an american that sold it to me at an american owned dealership and it was built (Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama) and designed (Hyundai Southern California Design Center) by american workers. So I guess you better have a completely American name (are there any?) or you should be considered a traiter also since you have the same connection to a foreign lineage as my car does. Dumba$$

This is the customer service service that Hyundai does after a service call at your dealer.  You are only called if you answered yes when the service writer asked if you would mind answering a few survey questions about your visit.  You gave them permission or your number wouldn't have been passed on to the LA office.

I bought a Hyundai exactly 1 week ago and now I get these calls. I am sure they snuck some conscent for these calls into their paperwork. Last car was a Lexus and they never harrased me like this.

I get calls from this number every day. I've only been home once when they called and they assured me they would not call anymore. But every morning about 9, my caller ID lists them. I tried calling the number but I get a recording saying they will call again in a day or two.  I don't have a Hyundai and don't appreciate all these calls.
