They've been calling me twice a day every day since I bought a Toyota.  I do not plan on answering, but at the same time, I would like it to stop!

I know this call is coming from Toyota. They called me three times but they didn't leave a message, why they are calling?

I also am receiving these calls just after getting service from Toyota.  I have not answered because I did not know who they were.  Now that I know I might answer the next one.

I want to thank you all for posting about this issue here on this site. I had two missed calls from this number tonight on my cell phone, I didn't have my cell phone on me for either one of them. But, they also left no message and as seems to be the trend, I just had my oil changed on my Tacoma at my local Toyota dealership this past Saturday. Strange though because I have had my Toyota for 3 years now and have had it serviced at this same dealership but this is the first time I have received these calls.

I had a recall fixed on my toyota carolla a few days before this number called. It calls every 2 days but no one is there. Sometimes it calls and hangs up within seconds without giving me that chance to anwser. The number that I get this call on is my cell phone. Toyota did not have my cell phone number before the service but I left it to call when my car was done. Its possible that anyone receiving this call without owning a toyota may have had their number used or is close to the number of a toyota owner. However, I have never spoken to anyone calling from this number so I cant confirm its from toyota.

Call from Toyota Service Center to survey about how my recent tune up went.

got a call from "Ima Looney" pretending to be from the toyota dealership we purchased at.  told her she had the wrong #.  sounds like phishing to me.

we bought a new prius on sat 12/6/08, and starting this week my wife's cell phone has had several 'missed calls' from this number.  a missed call is when the caller doesn't leave voicemail.  the toyota dealership has my wife's cell number as our home number!  so based on the comments above and at 800notes.com it appears it's a post-sales survey from toyota.

Got a call from this number numerous times but usually working at the time so I dont answer it.  Unlike most everyone else, I dont have a Toyota.

I recently had my FJ in for service and then got calls from this number on Monday and yesterday.

same thing for me - had my toyota prius serviced last week and have been getting calls from this number ever since (several a day, at odd times, no messages).

Yeah it was Toyota calling for a survey.

got my toyota serviced on sat and have two missed calls from this number only an hour apart...it's only monday right now hopefully they won't keep calling i don't like/trust phone surveys or people who don't leave messages.

this is a market research company called centervex. from what i have found online, toyota hires them to get opinions from toyota buyers. their corporate number is 866-320-4607

Got the phone call after servicing the car....we had it for almost a year. Kinda pisses you off. It was on MY CELL TOO

Like most of you, it Called 2 night in a row and didn't leave message. I also just got a Toyota last weekend.

Recieved a call from this number but the connection was bad...got disconnected before he could say who he was calling in belhalf of...we did receive service on a Toyota last week though.

they have been calling the last two days, no messages left.  I do own an 08' toyota however, I never take it to the dealership for service.  If they call back today I will pick up and let em' have it!
