It's a market research company that supposedly works for Toyota.

5 calls now since Oct. 15th.  My caller ID shows Toyota 310-862-9027.  I had an oil change done on my 4-Runner on the 13th, so I guess this is why they are calling.  It's still very annoying because they are so persistent.  Somebody else posted that they did not think the Do Not Call would apply to this and I'm curious as to why.  I've been on the Do Not Call list for some time now, but I have not done business with the people who are calling.  They are located somewhere in CA and I am in MI.  Plus the dealership that I went to is a combined Toyota & GMC dealership, versus just Toyota.  So in my opinion (unless I'm wrong), I think that the rules of the Do Not Call list should apply.

They keep calling me, when I answer nobody responds,never owned a Toyota, had one as a company car over 25years ago, what a piece of crap it was. Just Another reason not to buy one

just bought a toyota on monday. and this number hascalled twice and hung up so far.i think its  a scam. got a similar call from supposedly a ford customer survey...never interested in a ford to begin with and never gave them my number. i think also a scam watch out ppl.

I have received numerous hang up calls from this number, 310-862-9027. I called it back and on their recording they offer the number 866.320.4607 as a corporate number. When you call this number the first option is to be added to their own internal do not call list. I did this, though it's only been a few minutes, so I don't know if it worked. If these calls bother you, I would also suggest that you call Toyota at 800-331-4331 and make a complaint there as well.

Finally got through to Toyota. They confirmed that this was their marketing number and removed me from all future marketing, however made no apology for the robo calls. Oh what a feeling!

Thanks for the info, I just bought a Toyota last week, this number has called me 5 times since then! I will make a note of my complaint to Toyota, what a pain.

If I ever get another call from this number asking about service of my Toyota I will never take my car there for services again.

I've had three calls from this number since I purchased (and took back) my 2009 Toyota Venza. I'm not happy as these people keep calling my cell phone.
When I'm on free minutes I plan on telling them  to take me off of their list.
I wasn't happy with the Toyota Dealership nor am I happy that they've given my information away!

Marketing call from Toyota after I brought in my car into an authorized dealership. Caller was courteous, and had two questions: was I satisfied, and whether I had questions. Call lasted 75 seconds.

Called left no message.  We did have our Toyota serviced a couple of days ago.

i also recently purchased a toyota in the US, but I live overseas and they keep calling at 0530 in the morning !   chances are, I won't be available...

Just answer and tell them you dont care to take the survey, or just take it. Its very short and they wont stop calling until you answer. And it isn't just for Toyotas. Most dealerships have this set up.

I had major repairs done on my toyota corolla, and have received several calls in the last five days from this #, no message was left on any of the calls.  This is good to know, I will answer next time and take the survey so they will leave me alone!

As with all of the others complaining about this phone number.     No message and no caller ID, just the phone number (Google shows a Private number from Santa Monica,CA).     Just had vehicle serviced at a Toyota dealer.     Not an impressive situation with regard to Japanese auto dealers.

What a bunch of paranoid whiners! Just answer your damn phone and you would know who and what the call is about. If any of you are in sales or have EVER bought anything substantial, you should know companies are concerned about customer satisfaction. So come on people, lighten up!

I just bought a new Toyota 2 weeks ago...guess that is why I got the call. I did not answer and there was no message.
