I got a call from 1-310-862-9027, asking for my husband and I said that he was unavailable but that he could talk to me.  Then he started asking how was my experience when I went to buy the car.  So I explained, but said that I was not going to give any kind of information, the person then said, well we are almost done anyways.  So I hung up.  For some reason, I didn't think that this was a legal call, so I called Toyota and asked them if they had people calling their customers asking how was people's experience when selling a car.  I was told by someone at Toyota that they do have people that do surveys, but was not aware of the phone number I gave him that showed on the ID Caller.  So hopefully Toyota will take care of this.

I received three calls in three evenings.  No message and no one on the line?

someone from this number keeps calling (ring and hang up before voice mail even kicks in and they don't wait to leave msg!) it's getting very annoying and irrating, but now i think it may have something to do with toyota since every else blogging msgs. are sharing the same/similar case that they had something to do with toyota. anyway, almost everyday for the past week since i was shopped and purchased a toyota was when i noticed this number

I got the call.. it's regarding service I had done at a toyota service station

They just called me at 10:50PM on a work night, saying it was Toyota, but they had the wrong number because they asked for someone else.

Same thing with me - just had my car serviced at Toyota dealership and have had the same number call numerous times, at night (after 6pm) and no message. Thanks for the info!

received a call from this number on my cell phone...no message.  I called it and got a voicemail saying it was a market research firm and they only make outgoing calls from this number and cannot accept calls.

just bought a toyota, just got my first call from this number, no message, not looking forward to the hassle that it sounds like.

They haven't quit. Several hangups since Toyota maintainance recently.

I got two calls back to back no message, but I also had just gotten my Toyota serviced... I wonder if it is a customer follow up call.  Either way weird no messages are being left.

Same, I got two back to back missed calls on my cell from this number. No messages. I've been Toyota shopping for a week. Am finally buying the car tomorrow.  Wierd that everyone else gets the calls after service/purchase and mine is before. I'm going to ask my dealer to remove me from the calling list tomorrow when I go in. Even though it may have been other dealers (then the one I'm purchasing from) that provided my number. I'll report back if I learn more about the number.

They called while I was gone. Our caller ID said Toyota
and they gave this number 310-862-9027.  I had my Toyota at the dealer earlier this week for a State Inspection (PA).  Toyota seems to want to know how the dealer's service was.

Have gotten 4 calls from this number in the past two days.  They never leave a message or respond when I pick up the phone.  Did get my Toyota serviced a couple of days ago.

I have gotten at least one call a day for 3 days from this number

I recently purchased a Toyota. By reading the above, I would assume that this is a survey on the dealership. Since I never answer numbers that I don't recognize, if they don't leave a voicemail, they'll probably never be able to contact me.
