I just got a call from this number today saying there was a restraining order on me and needed to call 313-334-3113 and when I called back the number it stated something to do with fraud prevention and there was a civil suit against me. The recording wished me "good luck"..and gave me some Z9LR-2978 code to verify it.what a scam.!! These calls need to "STOP" !!!!

got this scam call today.  auto message saying named in suit.  obviously a scam as called for someone who does not actually live here but is a relative. reporting to FCC do not call.

We have gotten this call a few times.  The same message as the rest of you, but our call was for our deceased son.  These messages are very upsetting.  We have called the number mentioned and were not able to speak to a person.  I filed a complaint with the BBB and it was closed because they do not have enough information to be able to find the people.  It has to be some kind of a scam.

I received the same message today. called back and talked with a ghetto sounding woman who confirmed my name and address. said call was being recorded. told them I have never defaulted on a debt. she put me on hold then came back on the line and have me the creditors name and said that I had closed the account in 23rd009 and defaulted on roughly $1200 in credit card debt. they confirmed my address and said they will be sending me back up documentation. I told her that while I was on hold I had googled them and discovered that they were a scam operation. at that point she became very confrontational and said that you can't believe everything you read on the internet. I told her I had also forwarded the information via email to my attorney while I was on hold as well. she didn't seem phased but continued to rant and I hung up on her. I never heard back today from them

very scary called and yelled at the guy  told me cops were coming to my house.  I hope they show up. said he recorded me all the better.

These [***] called me and stated that I had a pending legal matter and that I was being sued for 6000 dollars I told him to F OFF! And he said that the sheriffs will be at my home! Again i told him to F OFF!

Got a message today 4-8-13 from this number using a previous married name. Figured it was bogus as I haven't used that name un years. Didn't call back but found this website while researching it. I would suggest not calling it.

Got the a message similar to the others: named in civil action, court action, must appear, you or your attorney must respond in 24-48 hrs. Very disturbing meant to have you take immediate action. The attorney part gives it some believability but thought it was a scam so I did not call back but put a call into my attorney. In the meantime checked here and confirmed this is a scam.

same here...knew the last 4 of my social......told me I owed money......could take care of it today without further action.......I never even owed money to who they said I did...........SCAM........when I told them I wasn't paying they said "you will be getting your subpoena, see you in court,good luck.".................GOOD LUCK??????????? .....................who says that?

Sane thing happen to ne I keep calling and nothing they say i have 24 or a warrent will be put out on me Wth ?

Got the same call yesterday, complaint being filed  against me. Me and my lawyer needed to respond in 24hrs

313-334-3113 is a scam not only did they not have my name correct they called me on a number i have only had for less than 3 months. The person calls himself Mr. miller and he sounds like he is drunk or on the Obama adminstration. Either way not a profissional and not real. Said he repasents orchard valley visa clasic. said his office address is 615 Grizwald St Detroit MI.

I have received calls from this number as well as from a SC number both leaving the same message claiming that Im being sued, there is a restraining order, etc. These people are scammers, plain and simple. I live in CT. I have NO dealings with ANYONE is SC or MI, much less dealings that might lead to law suits and restraining orders. I am researchng which authorities to report this too. I suggest you do the same.

Restraining order and must respond between 24 to 48 hours.  I laugh about it cause it was a Detroit, MI wireless phone number and I'm in Pittsburgh.  Normally, you would receive something like that in the mail not a phone call.  Ridiculous!

They first contacted my mom, yeah sounds legit since I am in my 50's.  She got scared and contacted my wife.  I called the place and got the same routine, I owed $2500 on a credit card I stopped paying on in 2009.  Of course he didn't have the account number on this "account."

He did have my birth date correct, my address and the first 5 digits of my phone number.  This is scary along with the fact he got in contact with my mom.

Then he came on with the "you can stop all of this by agreeing to pay $639.00."  What horses**t.  When I told him no, he remarked that he would be on my the right when time for court came up.  I remarked, you'd come to my state from your 313 area code?  He says he travels all the time.  Once again I declined his offer to settle.  He stated he'd see my in court to which I replied, "Looking forward to it."

I got a call saying I had been sued and a restraining order. I called back and they said that I owed a bill that I dont even know about. Sounds fishy

Tried the same thing on a restraining order  It was after 9:30 pm when I heard the message what a bunch of baloney  Will call police in the morning about this scam  Don't fall for this they are just a bunch of scammers
