I just got a call from this number as well. The recording said it was in response to a job I applied for (Craigslist). The recording said the "employer" was confidential and would remain confidential until I passed the next portion of the application process (this phone call). A woman then came on the line and asked if I applied for a job (she did specify the job). I told her I had. She then told me this part of the application process would take 45 minutes. As I was on a cell, I told her no but that she could call my home. She asked me to verify both numbers. Of course I laughed because she called me. We hung up and I googled the number and got here.

I am not clear what is sinister about this type of call? What is it they do? Since I didn't call back, I have no idea what would have come from the call.

Ya i recieved a call after filling out the info on career-hub.com like an idiot. They just called, should i be worried?

Yeah I got a call from this number, 3147354450, too.  It sound like a potetial job op but it cut off after a minute and ever time I try to dial back a recording sez "all lines are busy" and then nada.
 I see some of the replies state that it could be a scam so I may not try to track it down.

They called me today and I did not answer the phone, they did not leave a message.  I called them back 3 times before being able to get in touch with anyone and when I said please take me off the list they have me on and gave the woman my number she said okay I will do that.  Let's hope she does.

I did just get a call from this number after emailing a resume to a job posting on Craigslist.  It was a Missouri number and the job I applied for was Florida!

same thing about the craigslist happend to me its all crap i applied in wis. so there here to.

Sounds like I'm another one...saw the number on my caller id, didn't answer. I know what co. you're talking about that's doing the scamming so I'll save their # in my ph book in case they try to harass me with calls.

I received a call today tried to call back and was told the circuits were all busy I just applied for a job on Craigslist and I gave personal info, will this affect me why are they calling?

Number is from Craigslist.  I have applied to some jobs, and now they are calling.  Craigslist is full of scams!!!!

i just got a call from this number. I have absolutely no idea who this could be.  i looked it up and, yes it is st. louis, mo.
any idea what and who this is?

I also have been filling out apps on craigslist. More or less just sending resumes out. This number called me earlier and did not leave a message on my cell phone. I called it back and was on hold for 14 mins then hung up. DO NOT GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO THESE PEOPLE FOLKS!

I answered the call today and the recording said it was about a job listing I have applied to and that an interviewer would be with me shortly.  I was put on hold.  I do not like to be put on ignore, if it was a real call then there should have been a real person at the other end immediately, not recordings.

The sad part about these situations is that if no one fell for the scams then they would not waste their time with them.  Also be aware of 314 735 4800 its the same thing.

keeps calling no answer or message?

I too got a call but when I answered it automaticaly hang up...Must be a Craigslist poster cause I too applied for a job via CL.

Also got a called from this number they left no message.
