Had several calls today from this number.  He would not stop calling and threating my family.  I did report the threat to the police.  They will be investaging the number.  I hope it will be taken care of and there phone cut off.

Interesting, pulled this up while searching for '518-498-9580'.  I've been getting the same calls, multiple times a day.  Just recently it was from '518-585-2750' which was a new one.  

No way to get them to stop calling, as far as I know.  Just don't answer.

I just looked the 518 585 2750 number up and it seems like this is the new number being used by these scammers.  Ignore these calls!

We receive calls from this number in cycles. We'll go weeks with 0 calls then they'll call 10 times a day for a week. We've finally just turned our ringer off. Most of the time they hang up on our machine, but the last few times they've called it's just creepy, indecipherable whispering. I'm about to invest in an air horn. =D
