I thought I would share this, but when I get these, from now on, I'm going to put them in my address book as Telemarketer 1, Telemarketer 2, and so on.  Then when I look at the screen, I'll know it's one of them and won't answer.  
My first "Reverse Lookup" said this call originated from Sedgwick, KS.  I used a reverse lookup from another site, and it says Wichita, but I think they must be same, both in Sedgwick County.

I got a call from this number & several other numbers over several days. I was getting a lot of calls that I would answer & they just hang up. I finally just started answer without saying a word & staying on the line until they hung up (after about a half a minute). After a day & half of doing this all the calls I was getting stopped. :)

I just talked to these bozos. I mean they were so awful it was actually funny. I said something about the better business bureau and he asked me if I was high. When I said "no but I suspect you might be." he hung up. These people are straight scammers and I'd be willing to bet that they are fishing for card numbers!

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone.  I have a plan with limited minutes, so I do not want to receive these kind of calls.  I am on two waiting lists for a kidney transplant, and one of the lists is not in my home state.  I tend to answer any calls to my phone because I never know if they might have added a new area code to the transplant center's city.  I got the recorded message about lowering my credit card interest - I usually hang up at this point because I do not pay any interest, because I pay off my balance each month.  This time, I decided to get an agent and politely tell them not to call this number again.  That is all that I said.  No sooner than the words came out of my mouth, he started making a loud nasally noise that sounded like, "Blanh, myanh, wanh" spoken several times then he slammed down the phone.

Frankly, he sounded under the influence of drugs or alcohol, even when he answered the phone.  I will never answer this number again and will contact the No Call service.  Obviously, these people are not working with a supervisor present.  I worked customer service for many years, and if I had spoken to someone in this manner, I would have been fired immediately.

I've been getting these calls for a few months on my work cell.  They usually don't leave a message.  I pressed one to ask to be removed from the list and was promptly hung up on.  The last time they called, I pressed 1 and decided to give them some bogus info of my own.  I talk to the looser on the other end giving him bogus credit card info on my $50,000 worth of debt on 4 credit cards with varying rates and different banks.  Finally I was having a hard time keeping up with my lie so I told them to stop calling me (in a round about way) and he called me a "cracker" and told me he has my number and will be calling back later.  I can't wait to talk again.  I figure the least I can do is waste some of their "valuable" time.

I wonder if we all have a common denominator with these calls.  They must get our phone numbers from somewhere.

Very recently, I filled out a survey to get a chance to win a Harley Davidson Motorcycle, at Denver International Airport.  That might be a way that they get the numbers.  Purchasing numbers from reputable places and using them this way.

If anyone else has recently filled out any question-airs or if you can remember doing anything out of the ordinary, just before starting to receive these calls, please feel free to post in this thread.  Maybe we can help the Feds pin them down.

Its has been called to my  cell phone. I called them back and it said the mailbox was full. They call every 4 hours in a day. My number is on the "Do Not Call List" as well.

I did the same thing, twice !! The first time they were nice and said they would remove me ( without hanging up on me before I could finish saying it} Then maybe 6 hrs later I recieved a call from a different # , but same recording. I pressed # 1, that transferred me to the agent. I then gave him a fake name, diferent zip & made up a Wells Fargo Mastercard account #. ( although I don't even have a f@@@ing credit card. When he ran it to verify it, he ask if the accnt. was in good standing. I said yes.  He then asked for the card # agian. When I tried to give it to him again I forgot the order of the numbers and must have gotten it wrong. Because at this he hung up om me. It is important that you use the first 4 numbers of a real card, because they can tell what bank it is. But after the first 4 you can make up the other 12 numbers. Please have fun and give it right back to them.

SAME!  [***]!  They have been told over and over to "CEASE & DESIST", that we are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" and that I thankfully have NO &%$#) credit card debt to roll over anyway!  Tired of getting hung up on, so I quit answering.  TIRED of the calls.  Even blocking still has an initial ring.

people  if u have  caller  Id  Never  pick up the  phone  for the  numbers  u  do not  know, let the answering maching  do it and it annoying i know  that  ,but it has to  stop sometime  just  dont pick up  the  phone  thats  what i  do I  never answer any calls i do not know
