This number calls me at least 6 times a day. I am getting sick and tired of it. It needs to stop.

It is a collection agency.  You need to pay your student loans.

These people keep calling me at all times. When I'm at school, at work, and while I'm asleep...SO ANNOYING. I finally called them up today and told them I don't know who they were trying to get a hold of and that it was a real pain in the butt when they called and callen non stop and left stupid voicemails saying "hello, hello." She said my phone number was under some "Tim" guy which I've never heard of. She also said they'd take my number off their system.

These people call EVERY DAY, several times a day. According to an article on yahoo.com, any collection agency is not allowed to call more than once a day. It's against the law, and they need to be told this.

called at 7pm. do not know anyone in iowa. don't have any loans or credit card debt.

they called me in the morn and in the even i lied to them and i told them they got the wrong number cause i don't know nobdy in iowa hopeful it will stop the phone calls

Have gotten 3 calls so far today from this number, no voice mails left, all credit cards and student loans are current so not a collection agency or credit card place.. i will not answer, if its that urgent they will leave a voice mail as to why they are calling non-stop.

This is just another corrupt collection agency that does not do its homework and illegaly harrases people. I have 5 star credit owe no one and yet they harrases me several times a day. Why they are allowed to be in business is beyond me

these plp have called me atleast  20 times in the last 2 weeks, i have never answered their call. i never answer numbers i do not know.
i owe nobody any money at all
i have no student loans, bank loans, car loans, unpaid tickets, i mean nothing at all a debt collection agency should be calling me for.
if they call again which im sure they will im going to call the attorney general in iowa , anyone have the number?

I got a call from 3192427353 who was looking for Timothy Barnes. Somehow he was associated with my phone no. I have no idea who he is.
The no. comes from CBE Group in Ceder Falls Iowa.

Censored and recorded calls are arriving from "THE CBE GROUP" 319-242-7353 to my work desk phone, calling for JOHN; such person does not exist - they continue to harrass and call.

they've called me like 50 times but didn't answer because i didn't know who the heck they were.

Called my cell phone a few times...no message was left.  I have never had a student loan and don't owe anybody any money...not sure why they would be calling me.  What is the point of a Do Not Call list when these companies continue to make these annoying calls to people?

Same here.  This number comes up several times a day, at different times of the day; but they never leave a message.  MUST BE A SCAM!

If this is a legitimate call, why doesn't the name show on the caller ID?  Why are they afraid to do this?  Ummmmmmm . . .

They're a third party bill collector.

I had been getting a call from this number for 4 weeks everyday 2 times a day, one at 8:30 AM and one at 4:45 PM everyday!!!! So yesterday I decided to answer it and let them talk because I just laid the phone down and let them ask for whoever they were calling for, and they were asking for my mother!!! I told them to take my phone number off of their list because I have not spoken to my mother in ten years since I was 13!!! After I told them this I called the number back and asked them who they were and why they had my number they said that they were with a company called CB Services, they were very helpful once I was done being mean to them, and then I made sure that my SSN was not associated with that account, I then told them her new last name and gave them a number I had for her so that I knew not to answer.

I got a call from this number. I am currently enrolled full-time and my loans are in deferment. Until 2014. This is a scam looking for other info-has to be.

you owe money to the Goverment! Someone has to collect, dont blame the collectors blame your self for not having the sence to pay your bills on time!

I've been getting calls from this group for the past week or so. If it's about student loans, which is what I'm reading on here, I don't have any student loans. We payed every bill on time since my freshman year, if we hadn't the school itself wouldn't have let me go on to the next semester. This is absurd.
