Caller hang up on me as soon as I said hello.  I do not know what caller expected.  This cannot be a charity if they behave that way.  I will find out who the caller is and I will report caller to the DO NOT CALL people.  It is frustrating these people can get away with this kind of behavior.

I keep getting calls from 319-243-3033, when I answer they hang up.
I'm going through chemotherapy now and don't need this crap.
I don't care if it is a charity, when I'm done with chemo I will find them and shove their phone where the sun don't shine!!!

Phone number 319-243-3033 has called me multiple times today and yesterday.  They leave no voicemail.  When i answer, nothing is said so i hang up. When i try calling the number back, i get a voicemail saying "Please leave a voicemail from Patty Flemming". When i look up the number online, it shows a landline from Cedar Falls, IA. Please help stop these calls!

We get multiple calls daily from these ignorant idiots.  On two occasions, calls from this number were answered by my children.  Both said "hello" and were greeted by the words "you are going to die" before hanging up on them.  Can you imagine the fear?  These people posting in defense and claiming legitimacy are clueless.  I am LIVID!  Something must be done.

I think these calls might be linked to a collection agency.  Two days after I refused to pay a collection agency claiming to be associated with Captial One because after researched them I couldn't find anything legitmizing their claims, I started getting calls from this number.  Caller ID says Cedar Falls, Iowa.  I blocked my number and called them back and my first words to them was "I'm on the do not call list and I'm calling your company to tell you not to call a number again. Please delete the following number from your database; let me know when you're ready to take the number."  The representative promptly responded "We are a non-profit agency, so the do not call list doesn't apply."  I responded "That's fine, but if you continue to call my number I will report you to the BBB, all of my local news stations, and every website I can find.  I suggest you remove my number. Are you ready to take it down?"  He said "ok," I gave him the number and asked him to read it back to me.  Then he said he hadn't taken it down.  I gave him time to pull up a screen or find a pen or whatever and gave him the number.  I expect to hear from them again at which point I WILL be making good on my promise to give negative feedback about them on every website, news station, and any other outlet I can find.  These people have called me 3 times on one day in a HOLIDAY WEEKEND.  IN. SANE.  Charity organization, debt collectors, general scam artists--whatever they are, they have called the wrong number!

I also got a call from the kid's wish network this morning.  They must hire prison inmates for telemarketing, because the caller had very poor diction and I could hardly understand him.  He started by stating that he was "returning my call," and was obviously reading from a script.  After I asked him to speak more clearly, he started to read the script and wouldn't stop until I yelled for him to stop.  I said that he wasn't "returning" my call because I never called them in the first place.  I also told him to take my number off their call list.  He never responded and the line went dead.

Even if this is a legitimate charity, I would never donate to an organization that uses such BS tactics in their fund raising efforts.

I just checked out the website for the Kid's Wish Network.  They're actually headquartered in Florida, but these calls are coming from Iowa, which means they're definitely contracting their telemarketing activities with some goon squad.

If you get mad enough to make them stop, use their toll free number at 888-918-9004 and make them pay for you to call and let them know you don't appreciate their tactics.

Kid's Wish Network is real, and has an extremely poor record as a charity (see wikipedia).

Charities are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from, or on behalf of, that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls again on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000 .

I have 5 calls from this number!  They even call on a SUNDAY.  Texas has a DO NOT CALL list and the people at this number continue to call.  Suggestions as to what to do????

Caller ID shows 'IOWA' at this number. Asked for my husband, and I asked who was calling. They said " a charity to thank him for his prior donation" (which he has never made). I told him I needed to know which charity was calling, and they said they could talk to me. When the caller identified the charity as Kid's Wish Network (and went on and on about what they did) they asked if they could send the pledge card to our address (which they already knew). I explained that we help our local children's hospital with donations and would prefer they remove our name from their list. They explained they also work with ... hospital and would I pledge through them. I said no - AND to remember to remove our name and number from their list. They simply then cut the call short, told me to have a 'blessed day' and hung up. Let's just see what happens....

foundation last wish continuosly calls my home and has asked several times for donations..I personally called this number back and spoke to representative to please stop harrassing me sometimes recieve a call twice a day said they were sorry but could not stop placing the phone calls to my house..I live on a limited income and have no extra money to donate i made this clear to person calling my home phone calls continue please assist me in stopping these calls

I got these calls a while ago and it was on the news, but they are back. Its been a week now and its usually the same time of day everyday....no answer and when I call back I get nothing

This number called, but when answered - no one answered back. If, as suggested via others, this is a "legit" call, why would it say IOWA and the caller ID?

l was very  worried when l saw this number on my phone 3192433033  as l havve a great deal of family in iowa, but then realized l didnt know that area code, and of course cant find out who this is!!!!!!!
