This is an automated service calling about Home Foreclosures and Obama's new plan to help, you can press 1 to schedule someone to call you back and press 9 to be removed from the calling list. This number called me twice in 20 minutes the second time I answered and pressed option 9 they haven't called back.

(323)315-7324 called at 6:17 PM, 6:19 PM, and 6:20 PM so far. (Only 6:30 PM my time right now) Each time I answered call and each time there was no noise at all on the other end. Call stayed connected for approximately 45 seconds each time and was disconnected from the other end. When I tried to call the number back I received the "all circuits are busy..." message. On DNC list and I have no outstanding debt, so I am unsure what their call is regarding.

Like everyone else they called within 10 mins and would not leave a message. I too am on the donot call list and don't understand why this is getting thur.

I just had 5 missed calls on my cellphone and no messages. I called the # back and got the "all circuits are busy" messages. So I googled it and ran into all you guys having the same issue. That's crazy. I believe we've all signed up for something "free" online and our numbers have been POSTED! Telemarketers are relentless! OH well.........NEXT !!! Thanks everyone!

323 315 7324 called my cell phone at 7:05pm and 7:37pm    I will not answer a number I do not recognize.  Caller did not leave a message, therefore it couldn't have been important.

I got two calls within ten minutes.  It sounded like an autmotated call. Voice came on said if you want to listen to this message and then hung up.  I have caller ID.  No name came up and when I called the number back, I got a recording "All circuts are busy.

I'm getting the same thing that everyone else is.   I almost didn't post a message (since everyone else is clearly as baffled as I am) but I also felt like posting and adding to the count.  This puts me in a difficult position, as I have no new information to add.  Though I'm tempted to add a humorous twist to the message, I can't come up with anything comical enough under pressure.

Simply stated:  "I got the same call and have no clue what it is".

They called me twice in 20 mins and didn't leave a message either time.  Then when you call it, all you get is "We're sorry, all circuits are busy, please try your call again."  GRRRR!!!

I receive calls from this number every other day. This call is coming out of california.

My position is always that any legitimate person or company with legitimate business will leave a message if they really need to speak with you.  Any one who doesn't leave a message doesn't really need to speak with you and/or isn't legitimate.  This number hasn't left me a message so they're on my ignore list.

Sick of these people calling. Its about financial bailout. Didn't listen to all of it. I don't answer any more. Doesn't stop them. Wish they would leave a message so I could forward to our Attorney General.

In the same boat as everyone else here. On the Do Not Call List and I got this call 20 minutes apart this morning. The first time I answered and within 10 seconds of hearing nothing on the other side I hung up. Then I got another call back which that time I just answered and hung up without even saying anything. Looked up the area code which is in LA but it's annoying to have people or an automated system call at 8am on a Saturday morning, TWICE.

I am on the do not call list -- so why do I keep getting these annoying calls -- ahhh the mystery of it all

WOW these people are busy calling everybody. The number is from Los Angeles that's all I know. Been interrupted twice myself by the calls so I just turn the ringer off, done deal.

Ok   I can clear up a bit on getting these calls. You can put yourself on a "Do Not Call List", BUT  if you go to a place like Best Buy for example and request information on the latest electronics, it opens the door for telemarketers to get your phone number.

Another thing is that government has opened cell phones to telemarketers to call, or text you IF  you request information from any source whether internet, in person or by mail.

I don't know about you, but I think this is unfair Because  WE pay for our minutes and text messages and that makes it even more costly for us cell phone users. Wish there was a consumer letter out there to sign and have congress stop this nonsense and THAT would be a nice bail out /stimulus package   :)

Called me twice in just a few minutes.  I wasn't home and no message was left. I intend to report this to my state attorney general.  I've done this before and it works.  Indiana has had a DNC list before the US DNC list came out.  I don't know about other states but calling my state AG has worked for me. Whoever these people are....they are pond scum!

Yeap, I just keep receiving the same call over a few days now... never a message. I just tracked it to Los Angeles, CA but other than that, the only thing that pops up is you guys in here... so evidently just something to ignore.
How the heck can these people be reported? Im also in the do not call list.
