tired of this "caller" calling my phone number

Called my cell 2 times within 30 minutes.  No ideal who they are.

I called back and the same thing all circuts are busy

Glad these reports were here.  "They" called me on new cell# this morning.  I too am on Do Not Call lists.  Fortunately I didn't get to my phone in time to answer it, if what Rachel reported is correct and pushing any key on your phone will let them hack your account.

Called about 18 times so I answer it and I was approved for a gov. grant for 5000.00 dollar all I had to do is pay a one time fee of $ 3.80 but they would not tell me how I got the grant or where it was coming from.

I received phone calls from this company.Same person with another name.He said from United States Financial.I began to apply for a grant but did not finish.When we talk he asked me to pay the same amount with a credit or debit card and he gave me another phone number to contact someone else.He said the fee is for. US Government  Directory Grant.I think it is too good to be true.Can this be investigated?
