On caller ID it only shows the number.  Says, "Unavailable" for the name. Called within 20 minutes.  I refuse to answer the phone if it doesn't have a name or number. I'm on the DNC list too, but apparently that list is being ignored by these people. Good thing I have a phone where I can turn the ringer off. Anyone important will leave a message. When I googled this number, I ended here just like everyone else.  Oh well, it's not an important number anyway.

I received also received 2 calls this morning just minutes apart. I was around 8am and I was trying to sleep late today. So much for that turned the sound off and just got settled back down and it happened again. I am also on the no call list. They did not leave message either time. Guess they know their working illegally or wouldn't be such cowards to not leave messages or have a way to call them back.

i got two calls from the same number in the time period of 20 min and when i called back all i got was all circuits are busy.everyone should ignore this its just someone who does not have a life.

Im on the DNC list and they just called me with a BS offer to re-finance with the gooberment stimulas crap yada yada yada.....I just went to the national do not call home page and filed a complaint on the number.........scumbags!!

Same story here.  Called 2X in 20 minutes.  We didn't answer. They waited long enough to hear our message but they didn't leave a message.

I rec'd two telephone calls from (Los Angeles, CA) 323-315-7324 on Apr 9, 2009 at 9:04am and 9:34am. I called the number and a recording said, "We're sorry, all circuits are busy. Please try again. Message 100."

I am on the do not call list and I do not recall signing up for anything.  My home number has been listed in the telephone book since the 1970's.

Same thing happened to me today...on the do not call list and they have calledd twice in the last 20 minutes.  Says "message 100" after the all circuits are busy message.  Make them stop!!!!!

Same thing here, two calls in about 7-8 minutes, no message.  I didn't answer or call back.  However, on my caller ID it says "LSAN DA 02 CA" along with the number.  San Diego??

Same drill.  They called twice earlier this evening within about 20 minutes while I was out.  I called it back a couple times and got a recording "we're sorry all circuits are busy".  I'd like to think these people will get caught and face some severe consequences.  But they'll probably just skulk back into the shadows and emerge using another number to do the same thing.

Same thing here. ID doesn't show up on my phone, I am not answering. Any idea how to get the authorities involved and have who ever owns this number investigated? Probably someone registered with a CA # calling from overseas.

They called me twice today.  I did not call them back, opting instead to Google the number.  I am glad I did, as it sounds like this number is either a telemarketer or a scam.  I am on the national do not call list too.

Got 1st call @ 0913 and the 2nd @ 0944 central this morning.

ha ha i thought my boy was up to no good seeing this weird website with all of this lets me know it prolly is a coll agency he has an outstanding student loan******* they call back to back within the hour no voicemail left and when i clal it it says all circuts are busy message 100

Called me 2x within the hour. Left voicemail, but just a hang up. Called back, and "All Circuits are busy. Please try again. Message 100"

Bunch of prerecorded BS.

They had a recorded message and as soon as I heard the start, I hung up.  I tried to use my phone a few seconds later, but could not call till their recording stopped - against the law in CA unless it's a political ad.
