They do that all the time...
They Call you if you made a profile on their website(exploretalent.com)
and then they tell you how casting directors are interested in you (when they're not)
They tell you your going to work with big time producers(and sometimes they name off people that work in their office!)
...and they tell u that you need to be a "Pro-member" and that the Casting directors are waiting on you to submit so they can get you started on your "career"....when REALLY they're trying to make commission!!!
That Place is a SCAM!!!
They refuse to give out personal info!
They tell 250 pound people that they can do music videos and that Victoria's Secret is looking for Full figured models???!!Lmao!

well, i just got a message from sms_casting@exploretalent.net....it says that i match an upcoming audition-promo models needed-$100 per day ... i dont know  i was about to sign up but it doesnt sound very convincing to me!!!

I also received a text on 08/20/08 at 12:12 am explaining that "exploretalent.net casting models for new clothing line. pays $300.00 per photo shot call 323-785-2000 for info. females 6-17. I am not sure if this is a creditable agency. But, I would appreciate any info. on how to remove my cell number from their records. I am a little concern given that my 9 year old just audition in Boston over the weekend. I am hesitant about the modeling/acting business all together. So, hopefully people will be respectful and professional when contacting inspiring actors/models

This company is a total scam. Do not buy in! I receive their text messages and I never signed up any where with these guys. I don't know why I receive them. I reported them to BBB online and to the FCC online. I can't believe this company has not been shut down yet?!!!!

Wow guys, I got a call from this # today saying it was Adam Chase, Senior Talent Director. I was curious so i looked it up and look what i found, it horrible how people try to take advantage of newcomers. Be careful guys and do ur reserach first, like me....

Just didn't look right, talked to a friend, found this, it''s just sound it like a SCAM, so it something is paying way to much to someones they don't know, forget it, they are trying to get you in anyway, don't believe it.

i didnt get a call from them, but i got an email from explore talent (which is pretty legit, i have found jobs thanks to them) telling me to call that number for more info. is it a scam?

I just got a message telling me that they looking for 2 couples for a photo shoot and that the shoot would be taken place in 5 days on a caribbean cruise and that it would pay $1000 dollars per model that all i needed to do was call 323-785-2000.I don't know but to me it sounds like a Scam even though i haven't call any one.
