- Kat| 1 replyThe camel reps have had my number for almost 10 yrs....why just now start calling? I got the first phone call this morning at 10 am. I will be contacting camel to find out and have my number removed. I've only received one phone call....but apparently everyone else is receiving several.
- verizon suxthey called, i didnt answer, i called back, it wouldnt ring.
- derickThis number just called me. I also have Verizon and have done Camel Surveys in bars.
I'm going to make the assumption that it was Verizon though, as they seem to be the culprit. - ADGReceived this phone call at 5:55pm on 11/24/09...didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number, didn't leave message, tried to call back, didn't even ring. Went directly to the computer and typed in the number and read everyone else's comments...same situations.
- Caller: unknown
- JustinIve gotten calls from them about 3 times in this last week. I have given my information to the Camel reps to get free cigarettes. Im pretty sure that's why theyre calling. The last time they called they accidentally left a message. It sounded like a call center and the guy was eating chips haha.
- MeganJust got the call today (12-3-09) at 7:33 p.m. I answered and someone just chuckled and hung up. I tried calling back and the call it doesn't ring. Even tried calling on my house phone, same thing. I thought it was creepy, so I googled it, and crazy that the number popped up with so many hits.
- carolThese ppl called and asked, by name, for my son.
He is FIVE YEARS OLD. WTH?
I'm guessing it had nothing to do with cigs, lol. - MiuThey kept calling me like 3 weeks now, and answered twice, and told them not to call anymore, but they are still non stop calling.
It's not camel cigs, and I'm with AT&T.
Just be careful and not give up any of your personal info, because that was what they tried to ask me. - SpokaneShe laugh the whole time and all
- Caller: opinion counts
- TaraI rcvd first call last night at 7:10 pm. I answered, and a young lady started babbling about Piedmont Natural Gas and something about a survey?? I do not think she was from PNG, but possibly something they use as a way to do some sort of marketing. I told the lady to NEVER call my cell phone again and hung up. I get yet another call at 9:12 am this morning on my cell, but I was not around to get it. It's obviously some sort of telemarketing company that is not respectful of when they are asked not to call the number again! Yeah....like I'd really buy anything from them!
- Caller: Unsure??

BTW - I am a non-smoker and receive calls from this number, so it is not a Camel rep!- Caller: Unsure??
- Amy Macthis is from an opinion poller. my CID reports its name as "Opinion Counts". They have called my house a total of 20 times in the last 8-days. They asked for my daughter by name and wanted her opinion on tobacco products. I told them not to call this number again. They called be 3-more times within the last hour.
- CelesteLast couple of weeks, calls every night around 8pm central time. Driving me crazy. My adult sons get camel coupons via mail. Must have given out the phone number.
- JackAfter receiving many calls (most of them hang-ups and "no one there", I finally got to speak to a live person from this computer-dialer call. This is from a consumer research company called Belomy Research at 175 Sunnynoll Ct in Winston Salem, N.C. I spoke to a "Tina" who gave her phone number as 336-721-1140. I poligely asked to be put on their "no-call" list. We'll see if that sticks.
Theri website
http://www.bellomyresearch.com/ - R.FI got a call from them about 8:00 p.m., too. Didn't answer, no voicemail.
- JanThey called once and spoke to my son, a poll to see what brand cigs etc they call now at least twice a day and no one is there when I answer, and they leave no message.
- Heim - Michigan| 1 replyLike everybody else... I keep getting the call TOO ! I've entered it into my call list titled as: "DON'T ANSWER" so that I can plainly read it and dismiss the call. SOMEONE knows who this is and it should be reported AND STOPPED ! ALSO WATCH OUT FOR NUMBER: 336-747-1939
- EmilyThey called me. It was Piedmont Natural Gas wanting to do a survey about our natural gas.
- AZI have gotten the call 3 times now three days in a row. I don't answer and no msg left. I have never and never will, smoke. Never been to a bar in my life and am on T-Mobile. Going to add it to my contacts and tell it to auto direct to voicemail.
- ashleyI don't smoke nor am I a customer of Piedmont Natural Gas(they are not in my area). I received a call from the number about 8:50pm, which is odd because I think it's against the law for telemarketers or bill collectors to call after 8pm. Hmmmm......
