Just got a call from this same number about dirty air ducts.  I hit number 1 and when a "live" person came on they said that I had just won $1000, all they needed was my bank account number.  Yeh right!!

Another call from a telemarketer about duct cleaning, for a "donation" of $29.99.  Automated message about how cleaning ducts can lower utility bills, prevent colds and asthma, and how dirty ducts can cause fires.  There is an opt-out to select, but this telemarketer seems to ignore that.

The user of this number is unknown, but the provider is confirmed to be magicJack, based in 5700 Georgia Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.  I contacted them by chat and they said they would not take action unless contacted by "the authorities".  Complain to MagicJack by calling 1-561-594-9787 - only after they field annoying calls from us, will they do something about these illegal calls.

Recorded message pushing duct cleaning for "contribution" of $49.99. "Push 1 to speak to local rep or 2 to be removed from call list" ID came up as New York with number 347-298-1357. From Wikipedia: Area code 347 is a New York City area code used as an overlay to 718 and 917. It is used in the boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, as well as the Marble Hill and Inwood sections of Manhattan. 347 is used for both landlines and mobile devices.

Got a call from this number today. Recorded message that began before my recorded message ended. Am on do not call list. Magic Jack is a legit firm that sells phone service, so I don't think this is them, but rather someone using a name simiar to theirs OR, possibly more likely, Magic Jack is the carrier. Also, if they are using a mobile phone, just because it says "New York" doesn't meant they are a company physically localted in NY. You can buy cell phones in states other than where you are located.

I am tired of these calls, get one from this ## all the time, how do I get off their calling list?

Caller id listed this as 111 347 298 1357. Obviously caller is using a spoofed number.

Received call from YMAX COMMS CORP on caller ID at 2:54PM.  Message left stated they were trying to give everyone in Illinois a chance to have their ducts cleaned.  I stopped the message at that point.  Obviously a scam telemarketer.  They will stop calling when all they get is an answering machine.
I sure wish the DO NOT CALL list actually did something, but there are too many ways for these idiots to get around it.

Didn't answer, but I called it back.  It's a MagicJack number, and their voicemail wasn't accepting new messages. Go figure.

Number appears on caller I-D and my phone has no solicitation feature.  Not sure how this is getting through.

They're back - selling ductwork cleaning service

this keeps calling my house, how they got my PRIVATE number I do not know... however I am wanting to file a lawsuit against said owner of the #.   if anyone finds out who ACTUALLY owns this please email me at sean.cge@live.com  I would sincerely appreciate it

They were promoting furnace duct cleaning for a charity donation of about 30 bucks. Our local Seattle TV station had a warning about this duct cleaning scam. They get several people in the home, one guy banging the ducts etc and the other guy acts like an inspector. He finds all sorts of "irregularities" in the furnace system and gives the home owner, general a woman during the day, the hard sell on expensive furnace stuff. One lady locally had to call the police..911..to get them to leave. Another woman called her husband when the duct guys would not go and he called the police. Their racket is sometimes called "Blow and Go". One variant is to offer to clean the clothes dryer duct, fire hazard, for really cheap to get into the house and then work the furnace duct scam too. Basically this duct cleaning is a part of the bigger racket to sell unnecessary furnace upgrades.

I live in the Seattle area.  Repeatedly get calls offering duct cleaning service.  Always a message on my voice mail.  I am on "do not call registry" and I have complained to the attorney general.

This number is harassing me
This time they claim they are some cleaning company
they are calling my work multiple times
I will need to take appropriate action

They seem to be making their way around the Seattle phone lines...I just saw this # on my caller ID and looked it up, got to this site. Good to know.

Received a call on my phone.   I was not home and they did not leave a message.

I got the exact same call on my voice mail. I called the number back, and got the same message everyone else has. I'm in the Seattle area, too.

This is ESPECIALLY irritating as I am job hunting, and whenever I see that I have a message, it gets my hopes up!
